What a ripoff, bought the Pro8 shaver via a web promoter who said it was number 1 best shaver and used the link provided. Took ages for it to arrive and broke after just 4 months. Loads of correspondence with Karen, May and San, who should be ashamed of themselves representing such a loathsome company.
Going to look at Trading Standards for advice.

This is a SCAM Company do not use. I did not see the reviews I am now seeing after losing a watch to them. Scammers in total. Fake site and fake items. STOP THINK SCAM!!!

Total scam company.
They sell cheap items rebranded and maintain fake sites thst give great reviews.
Their return policy includes paying shipping to Hong Kong and then deducting the cost of original shipping from any refund after review.
I bought ear buds from them for 109 USD and found d the to be cheap buds available at Walmart for 49.00.

DON'T BUY THESE EARPHONES!!!
I am recovering from a TBI and desperately needed noise cancelling ear phones and was not well enough to do proper research.
The charge only lasts for a couple of hours MAX, the company will take your fast shipping fee (that I paid £10 for) and disregard it entirely. I waited weeks for them despite paying the fee.
I tried to return them and was refused. Well, not refused. They said I had to pay fees which accounted to over HALF the original price to return them, a complete violation of consumer rights. The customer service representatives are just about as useless as they come.
(Can't find the exact date of purchase but it was late last year).

Avoid at all costs
Scam company they block all emails sent to them
Return process is very colourful to read
They avoid all responsibility for any of there trading actions
There website should be taken down it's very questionable and credit card companies should remove them from being vendors

Absolutely terrible experience on the smart GPS watch. Did not work, paid $300. Customer service kept giving terrible responses like ' turn it off and on again'. After one month of ranting via email they gave me two options:
1) get 10% refund and keep watch ( but it doesn't work!! Why would I do this?)
2) get refund but I have to pay initial delivery cost and return delivery cost and there is a 15% handling fee and must be tracked etc.

So basically an absolute nightmare. Do not buy from this company!

Terrible customer service. Automatic email responses. I can’t get a delivery date from them. I’ve asked for the order to be cancelled. They won’t do that either. Just stuck in limbo now. Can’t find a tel no to call. Only seem to be able to communicate with a bot. Do not use this company.
Update…they now saying if I don’t accept the delivery (whenever that may be) it will be sent off to be destroyed and I will only have a 50% refund. Surely that is not legal!?!

Turned out, it is just a take-the-money-and-run-business. I never received anything, and my emails was always responded by a generic answer, that the order was on the way. Well, it never was. It's been 3 months, and they stopped answering.

A complete scam, their website looked genuine, I've since found out after doing research this is a scam company!
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING

This company scams people. Ordered earbuds which were delivered but looked very cheap. Asked to send them back for a refund and was told that I could keep them for a 3% discount or return them for a 15% restocking fee plus shipping to Hong Kong (estimate £35) PLUS being charged for delivery. I would have received almost nothing back from my payment of £99. Absolute scammers

THIS company’s failure to respond or engage in any form of communication regarding issues is unacceptable.
There has been no resolution and no contact, despite repeated attempts on my part. This reflects extremely poorly on there business . Under no circumstances do you want to deal with any product they sell ..

Oh no, why didn’t I see these reviews before I paid £99. I’ve had no contact since order 1 December & have just sent an email. I read reviews of clippers & this one came out top 🤬🤬🤬

Well it actually just arrived, no email to let me know it had been dispatched. Anyway, thankful it has arrived as it is a Christmas present. I may change the star rating once my husband starts using it.

Absolutely do not touch these people. When my razor didn’t arrive they gave me bogus tracking saying my parcel had been delivered. Only it was to the wrong state. Multiple follow up emails have been ignored.

SCAM!!!! do not go near this company!! I ordered earpods and got a completely different item worth about 1/3 of what I paid. They have offered a 5% refund. The bank have repaid me but this is a scam company DO NOT order from them.... even though their website looks legit.

SCAM - don’t go anywhere near these disgusting people. I have reported the scam and continue to update my report by the lies they sow. Also informing the credit card companies to stop allowing payments to go through. They need to be stopped.

Absolute joke of a company. Ordered a watch with GPS but then read the reviews which were awful. Tried to stop the delivery of the watch but "customer service" claimed it was too late. When I wanted to return the watch they claimed it was too late but gave me a discount. I´ve had the watch 2 months and the GPS function doesn´t work very well and the bluetooth connection is a joke. Two days ago the watch stopped working completely and now it´s proving very difficult to get any sort of a refund. Steer clear of these scammers!

On 10/30, I ordered a Sekoda Air purifier, for $179., but, to date, 11/8, no word from them about delivery info. They don,t have a direct line phone help and, no info on their website either.

I stupidly purchased form this company and when I went to check tracking my internet security aslerted me to this being A MALICIOUS WEBSITE.
Reporting tp the bank now and HOPEFULLY will get a refund.

DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR CLAIMS...ITS A SCAM
