Think carefully before buying from Sekoda - if it there’s a problem it’s almost impossible to resolve
I bought noise cancelling earbuds but they were too bulky and kept falling out. The parcel listed an Australian address but when I contacted the company to begin the refund process I had to send it to China. But first I was offered only a small percentage of the price as a refund three times before sending me details of the refund process. I followed the instructions and waited 6 months to hear anything only to have the product returned to me. It had been held taken so long to get to China that the customs declaration expired. Not the company’s fault but they won’t process a refund until they receive the goods so I could end up spending a lot in international postage to get nowhere. The problem is you think you are dealing with a local subsidiary.
