Avoid this company, paid a deposit for a course, then after receiving an email from them, spoke to them via email, live chat and the phone, decided I was not allowed to do the course so asked for a refund and since that have got radio silent from them.
I booked a door supervisor course with them but decided to cancel and go with another provider. I cancelled with over a week to go. Sent two emails, both not been replied to, to ask for my £50 deposit back. Poor customer service. BE AWARE. I would advise not to use
I've booked a course on 2 months ago with these fellows, which should start than in 10 days, but unfortunately I was diagnosed with Covit 19 the day after booking. So sent them e-mail to cancel, and a refund my deposit of £50, but did not here from them at all. I have raised a financial dispute with the bank, and soon with the Trading Standard in UK, in order to receive my money back. Poor company policy, non customer service, no answers. Would avoid!
