Not happy! I had planned to complete a 3 day course with you. I chased the email link as had not got one, to be informed on the day that the training is not happening and that your email me new dates! this is shocking that you've only told me post be chasing! never using this company again!!!!!!

The course was Level 3 AET

Booked a classroom course, and had it cancelled twice and told I would have to do a zoom course instead and told would refund difference. zoom course was meant to be 3 days, but only had 1.5 hours tuition in total, and then told thats it! A complete rip off! I have called many times and still not received my refund in price, a complete rip off!

I booked my cctv training with advance training academy, but the training was cancelled by the academy, I asked for my refund and I was told it will be refunded within 7-10 working day but now it’s 12 working days & my money has not been refunded.
This is a complete unacceptable & unprofessional of Advance training academy.
Refund me now.

AVOID AT ALL COST.!!!!!!!!! Courses and prices are falsely advertised. I was misinformed and sold a course once I paid I was told the pi licence wasn't included and I'd have to pay an extra £300. Sent numerous emails and called a number of times. The customer service is dreadful . I was told I couldn't talk to a manager, in the end I went through my bank for a refund. Absolute dreadful company Money grabbers, barely speak English.

The delivery of lecture was real with live examples ans experiences, lots of enthusiasm. Very professional in use of words which demonstrates what the training is all about.

Great couse and great instructor John Mbon got to learn and make a new friend doing so
The only issue i had with the weekend is when we are trying to take information on he would go off trak of topic which was confusing
But all in all it was a great weekend of useful information and fun

John was a professional with loads of experience that prepared me for real life situations. I loved every minute of his classes and I’ll definitely remember him fondly. Thanks John

Mr john Mbon One of the The best Teacher that have come across his nice his approachable and he will make sure you pass if you want to take your door supervisor TS course I recommend you to go to Bs security.

I ordered a package for £250 which didn't arrive complete ive called the company and emailed and they don't care they take your money and go on holiday!
DO NOT USE

I booked an AET level 3 course with these cowboys for December 2023, and I booked a classroom course which was £75 more than the online course. This was cancelled and changed to an online course, and I was told I had to wait until I attended the course before they would consider refunding me the £75 difference, even though I had already paid. Finally, after a few chasing emails, they lied and said the difference was £25, and I had to chase that refund a couple of times. The first day of the online course was cut in half due to apparent technical issues. The tutor was always late, ironically despite teaching us during the training, that the teacher should always be the first one in the class. Despite advertising 3 weeks to receive your certificate, and me handing in my coursework on time, I had to wait 3 months and chased numerous times to finally get my certificate. They couldn’t even pay the full price for the postage; I received a notice through the door asking me to pay the rest. This was only £1.50, but another example of the poor service provided by this shoddy company. Don’t bother with these cowboys, literally any other company could give you a better service.

A well turned out outfit with good trainers and very comprehensive training schedule and good value, highly recommended
