Very happy with my visit to Secrets Hair Extensions !
The lady who gave me a consultation about my hair extensions was so knowledgeable and done so much for making me feel welcome. I came away with my extensions in my hair. I am delighted with them. I can not recommend this salon enough.five stars from me all the way.

Secret Hair Extensions have been amazing. They worked really hard to source extensions that matched my grey hair. Jules kept me informed of progress throughout and really listened to me. The end result is amazing. I can’t thank you enough for all the hard work, care and emotional support throughout this process

I went in the salon yesterday to have a blonde balayage with Lindsay who did a brilliant job and was so lovely, Then straight after I had my second set of extensions done by Jules as I was so impressed by the first set, the hair they use is top quality (which my old set lasted 11 and a half months!) she did an amazing job as always by making sure my hair blended in beautifully by taking the time to colour match properly and I wanted a contrast of different tones in my hair so Jules added some different tones of blonde so it looked really natural. I go to the salon every 6-8 weeks for maintenance and all the girls in there are always so friendly and professional and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I went and had my Hair done at the Secret Salon in Kings Lynn today. Evany made my hair look absolutely amazing, exactly how I imagined it. She was so informative, helpful and so talented. I fully enjoyed my time there. All the ladies were so lovely. The salon was beautiful and the service was wonderful. Highly recommend.

If I could give them 6 stars I I could. I’m suffering with hair loss and Jules and her team have been nothing but kind thoughtful comforting and considerate. Nothing has been too much trouble. They put my mind at ease, talked me through care and even gave me a free brush! When I wasn’t sure what to do they were on hand to help all free of charge and with a smile they even stayed late beyond opening hours to help. I would recommend this place to ANYONE whether you just want a great hair salon or you want/need extensions. Their knowledge is second to none! I went after a recommendation and it’s the best thing I ever did.

Absolutely shocking!!! I bought the secret halo extensions which were not as described on their website. I have emailed them twice with no response!! Would NOT recommend!!!

I previously went to Secret for nano ring extensions years ago and most recently went a few days ago to have a new set of extensions fitted.
I would not trust anywhere else with my hair. This is a lovely, family run business who took great care with my hair and ensured I was happy with it.
I have tried other clip in extensions etc but none have ever been the quality of Secret Hair Extensions - would 100% recommend!!

Desperately needed my hair refitting as my previous extensions from BeautyWorks frazzled after 4 months! The team at the King’s Lynn Salon were able to fit me in the next day without issues!
The hair quality is so soft and bouncy. Definitely the best I’ve had fitted in a long time. 5* service with a smile and quality extensions that already feel amazing and light on my head. The colour match is perfect and the professionalism of the staff is out of the world.

I have been using secret hair uk for around 6 years now, after trying every other competitor including the well known brand “beauty works” and I can honestly say in all my years of extension shopping and fitting that secret hair uk has the best quality and most durable hair i have ever come across. With the right after care my extensions last well over a year, and that’s with wearing them every day! A lot of other company’s will claim the hair will last this long, but trust me I have tried almost every other company out there and none of them last past 5/6 months. Secret hair uk’s after care products are amazing, and again the best on the market. I have used every product that they offer over the years…tapes, micro rings, halo and the weft extensions and I cannot fault any of them. The hair is super soft, shiny, durable, thick from root to end and the service I receive is always amazing. The girls at secret hair are friendly and helpful and honestly just want the best for their customers. I never leave reviews for anything but this company deserves recognition for their fantastic customer service and highest quality products. Secret hair uk is seriously the best place to go for hair extensions, i cannot stress this enough!

I’ve used hair extensions for over 10 years, I’ve tried all the big brands such as BeautyWorks, GreatLengths, GoldFever and nothing compares to the amazing quality of Secret Hair Extensions. The hair is so thick and smooth and lasts! Great hair, great team!

UPDATE*as I expected they have responded with more lies to make me look like the bad 1. The emails They copied me in to did not tally up with what they were telling me and I did not demand an instant refund, I was extremely patient even when it was clear they had no intention of refunding me .

My parcel went missing through no fault of my own. The tracking photograph clearly showed it was delivered to the wrong place and unfortunately I could not retrieve it.

from the start they have been rude , unhelpful and at times nasty. At one point I was in tears on the phone and I still was spoken to like rubbish, basically begging for a refund. They lied and made excuses to get out of refunding me.

I am sure they will respond and try to justify their actions or turn this on me. But the bottom line is I paid them for something which I didn’t receive and I had to take my own action to be reimbursed as they clearly had no intention of refunding me

OMG… fabulous!!! From start to finish the service is amazing. Hair colour matched to perfection, applied to perfection - however the most important part for me was the reassurance (previously had a hair disaster at a previous salon))) and the ladies here put any anxiety and worry to bed. Am now looking forward to my hair journey… helpful, professional and patience of saints. Thank you

I’ve been using secret hair extensions for about 7 years now and every single time I have loved every set! The hair is the best I’ve had, and I’ve been through many different brands of Clip ins before using secret hair! The quality is amazing, always super thick and shiny even after months and months of permanent wear! I would never ever go any where else or use another brand of extensions! Facts.

Absolute liar nothing was taken off the hair and you also fail to mention how it arrived in a box that was open and all bent, and I can fully assure you that I have spoken to trading standards and I will be taking action against you, I don’t understand what it as got to do with my order as to who wears your hair??? According to trading standards I actually have longer than 14 days so I would suggest you get in touch with them yourselves to update your policy. I also have taken pictures of how my hair arrived. Thank you

Fantastic hair ! Lasts for ages and I would never use a different brand, couldn't recommend enough! Never sheds or tangles , been using secret hair extensions for 3 years and each time the hair lasts for a year and remains in great condition.
