Sarah Horner - not sure how we can do this discreetly but just to let you know I have contacted trading standards who are investigating the matter, we may not be able to go after Alan because he is not a director but def can take Carriane who is a director to court and claim the money back, rest assured I am not giving up and I beg you not to either send a notice letter before action and give them 14 days to respond with a refund. Very worried that we have placed an order for over £2k and the website is now down, no sign of the company on social media and I cannot find a telephone number.
The previous victim who has reported to police - is there a way I and other victims can contact you at all so we can band together as suggested?
UPDATE; Since we paid by Amex, we have reclaimed our money. I do hope other victims are successful in getting their money back whichever way they can.
Going forward, we will always check reviews on Trust Pilot first and pay by credit card where possible. Had we not been able to claim on our credit card then we would have gone to the small claims court
Not a proper business
Same terrible experience as many on here - ordered and paid in August and endless delays and excuses. With the web site now down and no one apparently on site at the company address or responding to enquiries it’s difficult to conclude any of us will ever see money refunded or the store and planters.

Has this company gone under ? ( they have taken down their instagram site and the website is suddenly under reconstruction ! ) I ordered and paid upfront for a triple bin store unit and 2 planters in August. Despite many communications ( mostly unanswered ) I was promised my items were ready to go and would be on the next delivery in Nov ( delivery date came and went ) and then promised again in Dec and again, nothing ! I was also offered a 10 percent discount for being so patient - this never transpired and the goods never arrived. Now complete radio silence to all my time wasted correspondences - and I have no option but to take the matter up with my credit card company and hoping they may be able to reimburse me. If anyone is reading this, from this so called company, I’d like to say shame on you. I worked hard for this money and you haven’t even had the decency to inform your waiting customers of your current situation or demise. I hope that you are never allowed to run a company again but I suspect you will form another company in another name and let more people down . Beware.

Still waiting on delivery after nearly 2 months and cannot get hold of the company. Very poor communication and customer service.
Terrible company
I placed an order on 7 September 2025. At the time, I had some reservations due to two negative reviews on this platform. I raised these concerns with Alan and Carianne, who assured me the reviews were anomalies. Based on this reassurance, I proceeded with the order and was advised that a six-week wait time was standard.
After six weeks, I chased for an update and was rudely told that six weeks only covered order processing and did not include installation, something that had never been clearly explained. I followed up several times by email and received no response. I eventually managed to get through by phone and was told that Carianne had not been responding to emails because she had been in court due to a disgruntled employee suing the business. This was an unnecessary and unprofessional detail.
Weeks and then months passed with communication steadily deteriorating. I was repeatedly given assurances such as “the delivery is on the van, you will have it next week”, followed by excuses like “the weather is not suitable” and new dates being promised. Each date passed without delivery. Every promise was broken.
Today, 16 weeks after payment and 10 weeks beyond the original deadline, I finally managed to speak to Alan and demanded a refund. He replied via text saying he could not speak due to stress, that the business is looking to sell, and again claimed my order was on the van. These details were irrelevant and did nothing to resolve the issue. When I reiterated my request for a refund, I received another unprofessional response and was subsequently blocked from Blueberry Hill Design’s social media platforms.
I have made it clear that I require a refund by 5 January, after which I will be escalating the matter further.
I strongly advise others to do their due diligence. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this company.

Thieves, Alan Wright and Carriane Wright. Took payment never delivered. Search online for truer reviews. Paid for a binstore which I needed to repurpose as a mobility scooter storage box. Each time I contacted them they've been fobbing me off with BS holding responses such as it's on the way or in the van or going to be installed 'next week'. Either deliver on your word or give our money back.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE CROOKS. They took the money and don't deliver anything. They are a couple of polite speaking crooks.
Company to avoid - Corrupt or incompetent
This company is into some kind of grift or just grossly incompetent and stupid people. An elderly family member ordered a double bin cupboard for £700+ through them and waited 18 weeks whilst being fed a load of BS on phone and email and two failed attempts at promised delivery. We demanded a refund and nothing. I looked into them, I can see previous companies struck off CH register and I spoke to the landlord of the business park who hinted something was not right. Luckily on credit card so I processed a chargeback and got her money back. Do not give these people your money.

Had to cancel after multiple delays and broken promises
After over 6 months of waiting for a 3x bin storage unit we have asked for a full refund. This has yet to be processed at the time of writing and the firm has also not given a timeline as to when the refund will be processed or what the reason for the delay is.
With regret, we can only say that this is a company to avoid unless you are willing to potentially wait for months of delays and endure broken promises of delivery timelines.
Alan and Carianne have been polite in their communications, but we have really struggled to simply have the products delivered to us since placing the order on 27 May (today is 9 December).
There was an initial hold up related to waiting for samples in the post and some mis-communication over sending these during the month of August when we were away. We asked for a refund at this point but Carianne assured us the samples will be sent and the order can proceed. The samples did arrive and we continued with the order, requesting a specific colour on 17 September and expecting delivery within the next couple of weeks.
We were eventually told the bin stores would be delivered during the w/c 13 October. They were not and there was no communication of a delay or an update despite multiple chase-ups. We got some sporadic responses and eventually on 17 November a very clear promise of delivery within 2 weeks.
After no specify date a week on, we requested a refund (for the second time) on 24 November. Their responses was that delivery was scheduled for the following week. I suggested they could refund the delivery and we would pay on delivery. Alan agrees to this and promised delivery the following week. The refund was not processed. The delivery never came. Both Alan and Carianne have stopped responding to emails and texts. Mastercard are now processing a requested refund, but have advised this could take some time.
Interested if there is an explanation on the company's side for all of this, but as above, recommend avoiding unless you have a very high tolerance for poor customer service.
Also highly recommend using a credit card for any such transactions, as I understand the credit card business is jointly liable for any incomplete transactions, vs a debit card allowing the company time to respond and no joint liability.
Hopefully the company does process the refund otherwise the next step is the Small Claims Court. To even have to consider these steps highlights what a frustrating customer experience this has been, which is a shame as the products look good and Alan has been very helpful on the phone when we have spoken.
Still No Delivery After 7 Weeks – Very Disappointing Experience
I ordered a three-section outdoor storage unit with delivery and installation included.
I paid for the order on 22 September 2025.
After five weeks, I tried to call the phone number listed on the invoice, but it turned out to belong to someone else. The person who answered said that many people had been calling, trying to reach this company.
I decided to wait a bit longer after receiving an email promising that the product would be delivered “soon.” However, when it still wasn’t delivered, I opened a bank dispute to recover my payment because of the seller’s strange and untrustworthy behaviour.
The seller then began to threaten me, saying that unless I closed the dispute, they would not deliver the product at all and that a refund would be delayed.
I am a reasonable person, and if they had simply said, “Don’t worry, your order will be delivered shortly,” I would have waited calmly.
But as of today, the product has still not been delivered, and their promises now sound deceptive and insincere.
As for the positive reviews here — I honestly doubt their authenticity, as the situation I’ve experienced seems to match what other unhappy customers have reported elsewhere.
A very strange and disappointing experience. I hope the company changes its approach and starts operating properly.
For now, my rating is 1 star.

Very Professional and friendly fitters. Loving the slow close lids that are nice quiet in operation and the whole looks brilliant, so glad we ordered these. Thank You Alan & Carrianne.
We have been waiting for 3 month and still no idea when it will get delivered
We have been waiting for 3 month, after promises regarding production timing and delivery, timeline on website is totally incorrect! I had no response now for over a week and I am going to cancel the order.
Atrocious customer service, I do not trust this company
Order placed on 18th June for a 4 bin store. The website states 5-6 weeks creation. No details about delivery. I had been waiting 15 weeks for a non-bespoke item. I would not have placed this order had this been made clear.
Carrianne has said in her own post “the website is updated with accurate timeframe from manufacture to delivery… should a delay occur, you will be advised…” this is untrue.
The only proactive communication was confirmation of my order. I’ve only received responses to emails when I’ve threatened to cancel. I was told my order would be installed w/c 12th or 22nd September 2025. I still had not received a confirmed date on the 30th when I cancelled the order, though apparently my order was on the van. Having cancelled, they have still not processed a refund more than three weeks later.
I’ve experienced gas-lighting about communication; we don’t use that email address (though listed on the website), we never received your emails (though I’ve followed up in WhatApp Chats and in subsequent calls), you agreed delivery over the phone – no, I did not etc.
I am disappointed I’ve had to cancel the order; it looks like a great product. Having spoken to Alan, I truly sympathise that they do not have another driver/installer. However, the business doesn’t seem to take any accountability for letting this problem build up or the poor customer service and are blaming all the negative reviews on their customers.
I have had to seek a refund from my credit card company, this has truly been a disappointing and unnecessarily stressful experience

Great service from design to installation
I found BlueberryHill Design at the Chelsea Flower Show this year, so I was able to assess the quality of the enclosures before purchasing.
Following this, I placed an order for a bin and lockable bike enclosure, which was finished in a Ral number to match my windows.
The colour match was perfect, and the quality of the build was as per the show .
The installation team was friendly and professional.

Don't bother. Product took many months to arrive without any contact or explanation. When it arrived the packaging was woefully inadequate and the planter was damaged and missing parts. I asked for a replacements but despite multiple emails they haven't arrived.
