The staff at SPS
The knowledge and expertise of the staff is excellent. I have a very old equipment, which has been in storage for decades. Getting those older mechanisms back into working condition was huge problem for me which advice from SPS was so helpful. I am still needing to update my stuff, so I will be going back, I am sure, for more advice from time to time.

Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy, shipping was fairly quick. Ordered sea mix 6. Package was in good shape and clay seamed usable. Have not tried it yet but look forward to trying it in a week or so.
