SeatGeek makes buying tickets easy

SeatGeek makes buying tickets easy, and they are transparent every step along the way. There are no surprises, what you see is the price. This seems easy, but many other ticket purchasing agents miss the mark. The user experience is seamless, you can pick out exactly the tickets you want and they arrive in your account. They get it right, plain and simple.

Having never ordered tickets online…

Having never ordered tickets online before I was a little unsure of the process. My son helped me with the process and it all went smooth. I will know more next time. The purchase was flawless and I got my tickets online on my phone that morning.

The worst platform for any ticket purschase

After many event ticket purchases, there was a glitch on their website that charged me a lot for nosebleed seats even though I selected 2nd row in category 1 and it was finalizing my order as I selected. After checking a confirmation email my seats were in the category 2 seats TBD and are still TBD 2 weeks prior to the game. I purchase multiple World cup tickets and I already received my seat numbers. Seat geeks are bunch of crucks just wanting to take your money. Their customer service does not exist. When you send an email, they either do not respond or reply two months later with a standard message saying "we are sorry, we understand that you made a purchase in category 1, but received category 2" and offer no solution. I lost 1755 dollars because I had to buy new tickets. I will never use SeatGeek again and will spread the word about the worst third-party ticket seller. There are many better websites because Grubhub does not care about their customers. Stay away from Grubhub.

My First Game of the Season.

Seat Geek gave us two nice seats on the front row of the right field upper deck. It was a 4 to 2 cubs loss to the Astros, but we got a very good view of the "P.C.A." homer to right which gave us our two runs. The was the 6th game of a temporary Cubs "slump" which is now, of course, all but forgotten! Go Cubs!
