They cheat when they list tickets for sale.

They show you a seat in the middle—I spoke to SeatGeek Team and they told me the ticket would be in that area—but when I actually get the ticket, it’s way off to the side; I feel cheated. Next time, I’ll buy from someone else.

Awful app

Please. Please. Don’t buy tickets. Thru this app. I have bought. 3 tickets. For my family. Cost on this event was $430 But. My family. Had an emergency. That we had to cancel this event. But when I went to change my Tickects for another day even. They told me. I can’t get reimburse. Money back. That I can only get a $25 credit. Back. I didnt even ask for money back. Just needed. Another date event. Am already. Taking legal action on this app. But. I don’t want to happen this to no one else. Like me

SeatGeek is horrible

SeatGeek is horrible. I requested pit pass tickets for Tx and somehow, maybe a miss click on my part, it was for Fl. I call and request a refund because tickets don’t work and the customer representative doesn’t even see that the tickets are for Fl. I answer a series of question then get a call back telling me no refund because it’s my fault and policy says no refund. Never will be using them again. Also guess you can’t be human.

I recently purchased tickets to Lion…

I recently purchased tickets to Lion King in NEw York $350, when me and my daughter arrived we stood in line for a while to get to the entrance and our tickets did not can and the action provide on the ticket didn’t even exist. I connected customer service and they wouldn’t refund. Be aware the buyer guarantee is fraud. Would not recommend using Seakgeek.

Duplicate order

This was only my second time using seat geek, and unfortunately I had a poor experience. I was buying a concert ticket for day of, and somehow my order got duplicated. I was charged twice and was transferred two tickets, even though I had only checked out with one. It was hard to contact an actual SeatGeek support person, and they wouldn’t offer me a refund, only a credit for their website. Thankfully I was able to sell the ticket myself through ticketmaster. I was very disappointed as this was not my mistake, and they wouldn’t make up for it. Not sure if I will use the website again.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. I purchased Journey tickets for $211 and they canceled them before the concert. They did not transfer them to Ticketmaster. They have not refunded my money. never again.
