I was given a gift of this size XS
I was given a gift of this size XS. It was too small and the company wouldn’t refund the money or exchange for the next size as I didn’t have the receipt. I used it for a while and then decided I would get a larger size. I ordered the M and when it arrived it said M/L the difference was huge. Disappointed I approached seashell saying I wanted M not M/L. Their reply was their sizes have changed and it’s only 10cm difference. It’s not it’s 15-20cm. I’m in Australia and the cost of returning and ordering. Smaller size was AUD89 NOT worth it. I will never buy from them
Again. I’ve told many people NEVER to use them.
They are made in China so there is no way they are value for money. Go to A Chinese website next time. I do not generally recommend China but as this product is made there just go through a retailer who will return/exchange for free
Their sizing is not reliable!
I have approached them over several days and they basically said bad luck!

M and M/L Sizing: The robe labeled "M" and "M/L" is the exact same garment. We updated the label to be clearer for customers, but no sizing change occurred. This is also noted on our website for transparency.
Size Differences: The only robe with a smaller width is our 2.0 Changing Robe, which is an older style being sold at a heavy discount as an end-of-line product. This difference is clearly stated in the product description.
Returns Policy: As a UK-based business, our returns are only free within the UK and for unused items in new condition. Since your robe was used and you're based in Australia, it unfortunately falls outside our return policy, which is also clearly stated on our website.
Product Quality: While our robes are made in China, that does not reflect low quality. We collaborate with highly vetted manufacturers that maintain top-tier quality control and adhere to the highest ethical standards. The value of our products comes from design, material, durability, and performance, not just origin.
Return Denial: We’ve declined your return request as it does not meet our terms of service, as it is both used and returned from outside the UK.
We appreciate your feedback and are always working to improve. We're sorry that your experience didn’t meet expectations, and we do hope you enjoy the robe regardless.

Is this a phantom company??
I ordered on 19th April. Seashell’s email suggested delivery late April.
It is my granddaughter’s birthday on 2nd May and I wanted her to have her present on the day.
There is no phone number to call for customer service. The online number is not available.
The company do not reply to emails. I sent the same email repeatedly to customer service today in the hope that someone would spot it and realise I really did want to talk to someone!!
So where is my item? Does this company still exist? I’m really fed up!! This was the perfect gift for my granddaughter, I chose it with care and with plenty of time. Tomorrow she does not get a birthday gift from her Grannie and Grandad. I do t even know whether this gift will ever arrive

Great quality product. So easy to use especially when getting changed in the dark on winter nights. I’ve had other robes that just don’t compare. This one you can get your arms in and out no problem. The design has really been thought about.

I LOVE my Seashell robe!
I ordered a dry robe in October after doing a bit of research, because every other coat I bought including the official dry robe, a regatta version etc were all far too big regardless of whether I had the smallest size. The seashell coat is the first one I found that says suitable for 4 foot 8 people like me! It’s perfect. It looks gorgeous on, the design on the back is lovely, loads of pockets and it’s not too long! It keeps me so so warm, I wonder how I ever survived without it. Not only that but their customer service is amazing. I had a tiny fault on my coat and they replaced it immediately with no questions asked. Literally cannot fault the service. Love my coat.
