Our initial booking was very easy and straightforward, but more importantly when we had to cancel our cruise due to very sad circumstances they responded quickly with kind words, understanding and efficiency. It was so refreshing to deal with a company that puts humanity into their communications and doesn't rely on automated responses.

Great experience using Seascanner for the first time. We are MSC Voyagers Club members and the Seascanner price beat the direct price with MSC. We had a slight issue when booking and accessed Live Chat late at night, not expecting anyone to be online. We were immediately helped by Angelina who was friendly and attentive. Angelina helped us navigate the booking issue and built us a booking page so we could log in and continue. Super impressed with this great service and wouldn't hesitate to book again - thanks Angelina!

From start to finish, Liz couldn't have been more helpful – really great customer service!She wasn't just after my money; she was a genuinely caring person. Tried very hard to book this trip on Saturday 6/6/2026.
To no avail. I filled the form in 6 times.
I wasn't able to pay at any time.
I couldn't even raise a chat on line.
I tried again today -6/6/2026
It was very easy.
The booking went without any problem.
But I could have given up.
I'm glad I didn't.

I have booked a holiday and paid my deposit and then sent an email asking some questions which is now a week further on and I have have no response or contact and it’s impossible to get a contact number so I am sceptical this was the correct place to book .

I have booked with seascanner previously and had no issues but I did not need to speak to them before.
They do not answer their phone held for over 2 hours twice this week and they do not pick up and are not responding to my online messages over 7 plus days.
I am trying to add the all inclusive package which I cannot do directly with the cruise line or online. I also need to change my cabin as I have been allocated one at the front of the ship which I do not want and did not request/ pay for.
P&O cannot help. Seascanner are no responding.

We had initially booked a Junior Balcony cabin with the Fantastica package, but had then decided we would like to upgrade to an Aurea Balcony cabin. After emailing Seascanner, we followed up with a telephone call the following morning and spoke to Liz in the Customer Support team, who was very polite and empathetic. Liz understood our situation immediately and after contacting MSC on our behalf was able to offer us an upgrade for a very reasonable price. The whole process was made very straightforward, and we are very happy with the upgrade to our cruise and the excellent service we received from both Seascanner and MSC.
