Search Consultancy are brilliant, they helped me find employment within two days. My consultant Jody Vickers is excellent at her job, quick responses, really helpful and deals with my queries at a reasonable time frame. Was contacted by Kirsty from Search for a job opportunity which led to a successful interview and offer of employment. The whole process was able to progress smoothly due to the help of Kirsty.

I applied for a job vacancy and Kirsty Brooke called me back to discuss the role and my suitability. I can honestly say she is one of the most helpful people I have had the pleasure to speak to. My consultant at Search recruitment in Crawley was Barry Chapman.
I worked for the agency for six months. From start to finish, Barry promptly responded to messages, was always there to support me if I had any issues, he kept in regular touch to enquire if everything was going OK. He even filled in my time sheet on a couple of occasions when I had issues with the system. Eventfully I was offered a position by the company I worked for, Barry made sure that the transition was done accordingly and in timely manner.
Barry is an asset to the Search Consultancy, I wish him all the best.

Dreadful Experience, Don’t Consider !!!
I had Paige Williams as a agent, her correspondence was dreadful, wrong name, and even put me and potential employer in wrong interview time slots.
I should of stirred away and trusted my instincts when she got my name wrong …..

Finally got in contact with a consultant after days of trying.
Feel a little bit irked by my experience though.
After a brief interrogation about my disability (which I now realise was wholly inappropriate) I was informed the role I applied for was no longer hiring (she could have told me that before subjecting me to a phone call at 8:30am), however it definitely is still hiring because the agent was still actively advertising it hours after our conversation.
Make of that what you will, however that seems a little too convenient to be a coincidence.

Overall outstanding never Missed a payment always checking up on you to make sure your okay and now helped through temp to perm!
