too many people on the boat
too many people on the boat. everybody moved their chiars wherever they wanted so you dind't had acces to the exterior of the boat. Downstairs you coudn't hear the guide

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the boat felt overcrowded during your trip. During busy times, especially at sunset, the top deck can get full quickly, but there are always available seats on the lower decks, which also offer good views and more comfort.
We’ll remind guests not to move chairs freely to keep access clear for everyone. The online audio guide, which works through your phone’s GPS, allows you to listen clearly to the explanations from anywhere on the boat, even if the speakers are harder to hear downstairs.
We truly appreciate your comments and will keep working to make the experience smoother and more enjoyable for all guests.
The tour was okay
The tour was okay, paid 70 euro for 5-6 hours, plus the 2 hour cruise, so it's not approx 12 hrs like they say, also not included the ticket to the Sofia mosque. Not worth it.

The bus tour lasts about 10 hours, and the Bosphorus cruise adds another 2 hours, making it a full and memorable 12-hour experience. It is also clearly stated in the tour information that entrance tickets, including Hagia Sophia, are not included.
We truly believe our tour is worth every cent, offering a complete day to discover Istanbul’s beauty both by land and sea.

We booked a hotel pick up was told the night before we would be picked up at 9:15am we messaged in the morning at 9:20am and 9:30am with no response we waited until 9:35am then messaged that we were going to Walk to the boat as it left at 10am. No driver ever showed and no response from tour regarding us paying for pickup and not getting it. Made it to the boat only because it arrived 5 min late as we walked to get there. Message after tour and still no refund or contact from tour provider. Boat tour was ok it was not crowded otherwise it would feel that there is not enough room if all chairs were full.

Please note that the hotel transfer is a complimentary service provided for the convenience of our guests. While it’s completely free of charge, we always do our best to ensure punctual and smooth coordination. However, in rare cases, Istanbul traffic, last-minute route changes, or missed WhatsApp messages can cause delays or misunderstandings. We’ll carefully review what happened that morning with our transfer team to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
We’re glad to hear that you still made it to the boat and were able to enjoy the cruise. The Bosphorus tour itself lasts 2 hours, offering great views of both the European and Asian sides of Istanbul. It’s wonderful to know that you found it comfortable and not overcrowded.

During busy hours, especially at sunset, the top deck can fill up quickly, but please be aware that there are always seats available on the lower decks, which offer good views and a more relaxed atmosphere. We ensure every guest has a seat onboard.
We will continue working on better organizing the experience to make it more comfortable for all passengers.
A very relaxing cruise tour.
They pickup us from our hotel and this was very convenient.
They followed the scheduled program without delays.
