I am submitting this complaint regarding a serious issue with my booking.
I purchased my ticket through Wingie, which operates under Enuygun. After the flight was cancelled by Gulf Air, I initially attempted to contact Gulf Air directly but did not receive a timely response. Therefore, I had to proceed through the agency (Wingie/Enuygun) and made my decision based on the information provided by them.
Additionally, I requested to be contacted by phone. However, Enuygun informed me that they were unable to reach me, despite the fact that my phone number was correctly provided.
I was not properly informed about available alternative flight options. Instead, I was directed toward cancellation as the more advantageous option. Based on this incomplete and misleading information, I gave my approval. Therefore, my consent cannot be considered informed consent.
After the cancellation, Gulf Air responded and clearly informed me that if the ticket had not been cancelled by the agency, they could have provided an alternative flight without any additional cost. However, since the ticket was already cancelled, I was told that I must continue only through the agency.
As a result:
- 6 passengers have been left in a difficult situation
- My original payment of 2038 AZN was not fully refunded (only 1785.86 AZN returned)
- I lost the opportunity for a free alternative flight due to misleading information
This constitutes misleading customer guidance and failure to provide proper service.
I request:
- A re-evaluation of this case
- A reasonable alternative flight or full compensation
- Clarification regarding the incomplete refund
Otherwise:
- I will initiate a chargeback process through my bank
- I will file formal complaints with consumer protection and aviation authorities
All communication records and evidence are attached.

Very disappointing and irresponsible service from Enuygun.
We purchased 3 flight tickets through their platform and informed them that we would be traveling with our cat. Despite this important detail, Enuygun provided absolutely no support or guidance.
Every time we contacted them, they simply redirected us somewhere else instead of taking responsibility. It felt like nobody knew anything or cared to help. For a company that sells airline tickets, this level of incompetence and lack of responsibility is unacceptable.
Traveling with a pet requires coordination and clear information. Instead, we were left completely on our own, dealing with the airlines and procedures without any meaningful assistance from Enuygun.
If something goes wrong or if your travel involves anything beyond a basic ticket, do not expect help from Enuygun. Based on our experience, their customer service is useless and completely unreliable.

If I could I would give this firm 0 . Steer clear from this firm they are SCAMMERS. My daughter saw a site squar tours and tried to book a flight home for her husband on 10th October for Christmas for £1350 they took £1640 and said no worries we will refund the difference they then went on to take another £804 from my account , the transaction was in Turkish lei re , when I saw that they had taken another £804 I knew then they were scammers . The money went into Enuygun account . We tried to stop the transaction but couldn’t , squar tours said don’t worry we will refund the difference now and tried to take another £1640 . When I didn’t approve this transaction they put the phone down on me . I haven’t been able to recover any money from my wise account and Enuygun won’t refund me either . please do not do any business with Enuygun or square tours .BE WARNED they will steal your money .

I will give them a zero. Please dont pay them. They are scams. Their agent called Maaz calls you from +44 20 3026 5262 and then takes the money. But that doesn't give you anything. An absolute fake and fraud company.

I tried to reserve a hotel with this scam website. I tried to change a guest name. Not just they were totally unhelpful they were quite unapologetic and arrogant. While with other websites would be the easiest thing on earth to do. Do not book with this terrible website. Basically you pay more and get less service.

Jeg bookede en bil til afhentning i Ankara lufthavn og betalte hele lejeprisen online med mit danske debitkort (Nordea). Betalingen gik problemfrit igennem. Alt så ud til at være i orden – lige indtil jeg mødte op på udlejningsstedet (QCAR Mobilite), hvor de nægter at udlevere bilen, fordi jeg ikke har kreditkort til depositum. Mit debitkort – som blev accepteret ved betalingen – kunne pludselig ikke bruges længere.
På Enuyguns egen hjemmeside står der følgende:
“ENUYGUN.com’dan banka kartı ile araç kiralama yapılmadığını da hatırlatalım.”
Denne sætning betyder direkte oversat, at man punkteligt ikke kan leje bil via. bankkort. Dette er direkte selvmodsigende, fordi jeg netop har gennemført en reservation og betaling med et debitkort og ikke et kreditkort!
Hvis debitkort ikke er gyldigt til at gennemføre en reservation, så burde det være afvist i selve betalingsflowet. I stedet bliver man ladt i stikken, når man møder op i lufthavnen uden mulighed for at få den bil, man har betalt for.
Det er et klart eksempel på uoverensstemmelse og dårlig design/kommunikation, og det pålægger kunden en risiko, der ikke er fair. Det kan i værste fald føre til aflyste rejser eller ekstra udgifter – som man selv hænger på.
Og som om det ikke var slemt nok, så beholder Enuygun 20 % af beløbet ift. refunderingen og annulleringen af reservationen, selvom de selv nægter at levere den ydelse, der er betalt for.
Dette er en urimelig og ensidig praksis, der burde anmeldes bredt. Der er ingen ansvarsfølelse, ingen tydelighed, og ingen respekt for kundens penge og tid.

My experience with Enuygun.com has been downright absurd and unacceptable!
I booked a rental car for pick-up at Ankara Airport and paid the full rental amount online using my Danish debit card (Nordea). The payment went through without any issues. Everything seemed to be in order – until I arrived at the rental location (QCAR Mobilite), where they refused to hand over the car because I didn’t have a credit card for the deposit. My debit card – which had been accepted for payment – was suddenly no longer usable.
On Enuygun’s own website, it says:
“ENUYGUN.com’dan banka kartı ile araç kiralama yapılmadığını da hatırlatalım.”
This sentence translates directly to: “Let us remind you that car rental cannot be made with a bank card via ENUYGUN.com.”
This is directly self-contradictory, because I had just completed a reservation and payment using a bank/debit card, not a credit card!
If debit cards are not valid for making a reservation, then they should be rejected during the actual payment process. Instead, you are left stranded when you arrive at the airport with no possibility of getting the car you already paid for.
This is a clear example of inconsistency and poor design/communication, and it places an unfair risk on the customer. At worst, it can result in canceled travel plans or additional expenses – which the customer is left to bear alone.
And as if that weren’t bad enough, Enuygun keeps 20% of the amount when refunding and canceling the reservation, even though they themselves refuse to deliver the service that has been paid for.
This is an unreasonable and one-sided practice that deserves to be widely reported. There is no sense of responsibility, no clarity, and no respect for the customer’s money or time.

Jeg har talt med en hjælpsom kundeservicemedarbejder, Dilan, som håndterede situationen langt mere professionelt. Jeg har fået lovning på, at det fulde beløb vil blive refunderet. Jeg takker Dilan oprigtigt for at respektere min skuffelse og for at hjælpe mig. Oplevelsen havde normalt udløst en 1-stjernet anmeldelse, men dette er blevet opvejet til 3 stjerner af den kompetente og respektfulde behandling fra Dilan.
I spoke with a helpful customer support representative, Dilan, who handled the situation in a much more professional manner. I was promised a full refund. I sincerely thank Dilan for respecting my disappointment and for assisting me. This experience would normally have resulted in a 1-star review, but Dilan’s competent and respectful service has made the experience up for 3 stars.

On June 14, 2025, I booked a car rental through enuygun.com for a Jeep Renegade. When I went to the airport to pick up the car today, I was told that the vehicle I selected was out of service and they offered me a much worse alternative. I declined the offer, and they told me I would receive a full refund. I left the airport without a car. Later, when I called to ask about the refund, they told me they deducted 20% because I "didn’t like the alternative vehicle." This is completely unacceptable.

Stay away! They scammed me out of an expensive ticket. Do not trust them! You’re better off booking from someone genuine and trusted. Do not trust their fake reviews.
Despite their response, they have refused to answer my calls and continued to scam. If they were genuine, they would intiate calls and answer.
