Very happy with my swimming costume
I was unsure about whether to buy from this company after reading bad reviews about customer service but my swimming costume is lovely and good quality. It took quite a while to arrive - over a week - but it was worth the wait.
Damaged product/no refund

Although the company did offer a replacement item that I could NOT return, it did not fit. And....on a scale from 1-10 it was a 2I had high Hope's for the tankini.

The material itself was very poor quality and very scratchy. Had to return. The return process was a nightmare and NO refund was given so I ended up giving the suit to charity. There were other things i could have exchanged for it in your inventory but you would not. All in all it was a terrible experience.

Did not fit the way they apeared online
Both swim suits I bought did not fit the way they appeared on the website. I believe that in the photos on the website, the suits have been tailored to fit the models tightly around the legs and in reality, they bell out. I am generally easy to please, especially with clothing but in this case, I was very disappointed.

My bathing suit came in within two weeks and it fit perfectly!
Took months to arrive
Took months to arrive, poor communication, did not end up liking the fit of the bathing suit so I do not wear it. It was the only suit on the website that I was remotely interested in

I placed my first order with them on 5th October, well in advance for a holiday starting 1st November. It said it would arrive in 7-15 business days, meaning it would have been expected to be delivered at the latest by 25th October.
I got a notification that the order had been shipped on 8th October and received tracking info via Royal Mail Tracked 48. I checked the tracking every day to check whether it would be delivered soon. By the 20th October, it showed that Royal Mail still had not even received the parcel, so I decided to send the company an email using an email PROVIDED TO ME IN AN EMAIL FROM THEM THAT SAYS "if you have any questions, contact us at service @seafancy.co.uk". I received no response. As you can see from the response below, the blame has again been passed back to me saying that I "defaulted to the shipping address email", instead of them accepting that they did in fact provide me with the incorrect email address.
The parcel had still not been delivered by the 29th October, and Royal Mail was still showing that they had not received the parcel. I decided to request a refund via my bank and purchase items from elsewhere as it was becoming clear to be that the items wouldn't arrive and it seemed like a scam. By the time I had left for my holiday on 1st November, the items had still not arrived.
Only after I had received a notification of a refund via my bank, did I then start being bombarded by email from the company asking why I was asking for a refund.
I explained to them that I had not received the items and that I had also sent an email asking for an update on the delivery and received no response. Very poor service if you ask me.
The customer service agents, instead of recognising that they were in the wrong, stated that the parcel had now been delivered as shown in the tracking (4th November) and that they had not received the email I had sent them.
I provided them with a screenshot of the the email address provided to me in an email from them stating "if you have any questions, contact us at service @seafancy.co.uk", along with a screen shot of the email I had sent to that address on the 20th October as proof that I had indeed tried to contact them. They did not even bother to that they had provided me with an incorrect email address and their response below makes it yet again seem like I am in the wrong here accidentally using the wrong email address, but this one was clearly provided to me in an email that said to contact the email address ending in .co.uk. They stated that they would not give me a full refund unless I returned the items. I reiterate that I would not be able to return them since I am no longer in the country. If the items had been delivered in the time frame specified, this wouldn't have happened. Their returns process also makes you pay for returns and apparently they only accept returns (tracked) to the USA meaning I would be paying around £15 just to send the items back. As I refuse to waste more money on this company due to this shambles of a service, I have wasted now several hours of my holiday arguing with the customer service team trying to get my refund.
They are refusing to refund my items on account of the poor service. The decent thing to do being messed around like this would at least offer to pay for the shipping fee so I can return the items so that I can get my full refund.
The customer service agents are also extremely rude and after several emails back and forth trying to sort this out, the last one was blunt and rude as hell with a sarcastic "have a nice day!" on the end of it.
Don't bother with this company, their service is awful.

This is such a scam. Do not buy from them. I bought two items but the sizing wasn’t accurate and so they don’t fit. That would be fine except they purposefully keep their return address hidden. It took weeks of emailing to finally be given the address and find out it’s in USA so it’s going to cost me lots to return the items. They have no complaints department, no one I can speak to to try and resolve it and awful customer service over email. Do NOT buy from them.

Second time my order has been cancelled…
Second time my order has been cancelled after waiting two weeks for delivery. Very bad customer service and experience if orders cannot be met customers should be notified, clearly there is an issue with supply as same excuse was given for cancelled order in August and October order.

Disappointing
Overall I have not had a good experience with Seafancy. The products looked excellent and met my particular needs where other stores didn't. However the size guide turned out to be completely misleading since when the product arrived some time later it was much too big. I then engaged in a quite lengthy email exchange to get the correct size - which incidentally I still haven't received.
