Very Poor Quality
Shipping and communication were very good, but I'm really disappointed in the quality of the long-sleeve; I expected more, especially for the price of 60€... the stitches seem very poorly done and the stripes also don't align.

I sent a Longsleeve back in January and required another size. Since today I haven´t received an replacement neither the money.

“Return completed weeks ago — still no refund”
Return was marked as completed on 23 April 2026, but as of 19 May 2026 I still have not received my refund. The status in the return portal has been stuck on “refund in progress” for weeks.
Very disappointing customer service experience, especially because it is extremely difficult to find any direct contact information on the website.

Despite changing the delivery address and receiving notification from FedEx, your hoodie was delivered to the old address where it is no longer. As a result I have not received any delivery.

Disappointing Quality for a Birthday Gift
I bought this as a birthday gift for my daughter. We expected the Scuffers material to be of very good quality since we invested a significant amount of money in the product. However, after delivery, we were disappointed with the hoodie material, as it felt very rough and developed too many wrinkles. Even after just one wash, the wrinkles became worse and required ironing again, but they still remained visible.
We are not sure whether the product we received was defective or of poor quality. Because of this experience, we are losing trust in Scuffers and are unsure if we will purchase from them again in the future. We hope someone from the support team can assist us in resolving this issue.

Recommended Boxer Sizes vs. Reality
Received the items associated with this order; however, the corresponding “size guide” for each item does not match reality. As such, I know they will not fit.
White Boxer pack advised me to go one size up, I did, to XL for my 35. The XL in this pack are visibly longer in the waist, but the stretch is less than that of the L in the Band Pack I received. Note: Band Pack does not advise consumers to size up. But based on the elasticity of the Band Pack, they will fit better than the XL White Boxers. I will not be able to wear either of these items.
My Size: 34/35 waist, height 6ft, 165lbs.
Design and materials are excellent. Just not a practical fit for a real, live, grown, athletic, man
