Top arrived with hole in it - got matching for me and my best friend arriving in a week. No response at all several emails to customer service and I sent photos - very sad because this was going to be a special moment for us to unwrap them together to wear on a trip.

Very Poor Quality
Shipping and communication were very good, but I'm really disappointed in the quality of the long-sleeve; I expected more, especially for the price of 60€... the stitches seem very poorly done and the stripes also don't align.

“Return completed weeks ago — still no refund”
Return was marked as completed on 23 April 2026, but as of 19 May 2026 I still have not received my refund. The status in the return portal has been stuck on “refund in progress” for weeks.
Very disappointing customer service experience, especially because it is extremely difficult to find any direct contact information on the website.
