Total waste of money

The first time I wanted to use the test it arrived so slowly that I paid for another test in my local testing centre.
Now I wanted to use it, six weeks later, but the account link had expired and i have tried to contact them but nobody replies.
Why can you only access the account within three weeks of purchasing the test by mail?
Why do you not pick up the phone or respond to messages?
I am now going to my local testing centre for the second time - shame on you, total waste of money

Screen4 Use DPD to dispatch test kits in line with customers travel requirements, sometimes delays can happen which is outside our control, we will do everything possible once you contact our Customer Service Team to ensure any issues that occur can be rectified.

We do however understand your frustration, this is why, for any customers who’s testing requirements are time sensitive, we recommend opting for one of our clinician performed test services or to use our one of our Drop boxes to get self-test samples back to us. This is outlined on our website.

Amber is top-notch

Amber assisted me in correcting some PCR Day 2 test information on my account. She was friendly, professional, and solved my problem with a minimum of fuss. I only wish I had been connected to Amber in something less than 67 minutes of holding on the phone! Screen4 should find and hire more Ambers!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They use Royal Mail Priority Post but don't bother to conform to Royal Mails conditions and thus don't seek compensation from Royal Mail when the items are lost/delayed. After 4days from posting, I had heard nothing, so asked for a refund. I was told that Screen4s TandCs show that they are not responsible for 'third party' delays. What nonsense, Royal Mail is their direct contractor and had a robust process been used, ie Royal Mails, then Screen4 could have claimed compensation and compensated me. Why should they though, its my loss not theirs. They treat their customers with contempt.

We provide complementary Royal Mail tracked 24 postage packaging with all our self-test PCR kits as well as offering a network of our own Drop boxes. This is to ensure all our customers have options to choose from when deciding how to get samples back to us. As Drop boxes are our own delivery network, we have greater control over ensuring samples delivered using this method, get to the lab either the same day or at the latest, next day (dependent on the time a sample is taken to a drop box). We do, however, recognise that our Drop box locations do not suit everyone. This is why the Royal Mail Tracked 24 option is offered as an alternative.

Unfortunately, delays are sometimes experienced by our customers when opting to use the Royal Mail option. The service Royal Mail offers is a 24-hour delivery aim, as per their terms and conditions.

We are more than happy to assist our customers in raising Royal Mail compensation claims. As part of that support, we make sure that any customer wanting to do so, fits the qualifying criteria before raising a claim, as per Royal Mail’s terms and conditions. Unfortunately, your case did not fulfil the criteria on this occasion. Please review their Tracked 24 terms and conditions for more details on this.

2 Day PCR Test - VERY SLOW

2 Day PCR Test.

The kit was delivered in good time for my arrival in the UK and it was easy to follow - hence an extra star.

However, the processing was unacceptably slow - having had a five-hour turnaround on my PCR to enter the UK. I was unable to leave self-isolation for four days whilst awaiting these results - and it was not the fault of the post office this time.

While we are all still living in crazy times with ever changing travel and testing COVID-19 rules, it is really great to have found a company that delivers quality products at a reasonable market price with stellar customer service. Excellent service from Screen4 last…

Excellent service from Screen4 last week. Dropped off my sample at the drop box in Barnsley soon after 9am Wednesday morning. Exceptionally helpful receptionist informed me the courier would be arriving at 1pm. Soon after 7pm I received an email informing me my sample had been received at the lab.
I received my result in an email at 2am Friday.
Excellent company who don’t rely on Royal Mail but provide their own courier service.
I’ll be using this company for my next holiday test in February.
I cannot fault this company.
Highly recommended.

Pretty poor considering it is…

Pretty poor considering it is recommended by Oneworld.

On first LFT I asked where the QR code was to upload and was told their website is wrong and you dont get one, impossible to communicate with them.

On trying to book a return Day 2 PCR test remotely from Ca, USA, I found I could not use either credit card that I had with me in the USA with NO other means of payment, due to supposed bank failing to confirm. Was told they dont take AMEX but website allowed it to be entered and for Credit Card advised to try again and contact the card issuer. Useless. They couldn't explain the Mastercard refusal but then selected another company CityDoc where it was accepted immediately for payment. from the West Coast USA.

No apologies until I submitted a formal complaint to their senior management and impossible to contact quickly with sensible answers, cant be their difficult to fix their website quickly and accurately.

I am forwarding this to my BA Customer Retention Content for info and action.

The Antigen Test Certificates at the time didn't include the QR Code, I can confirm they do now and we have taken steps to prevent this from happening to any other customers.
