after completing game offers, they asked me to verify my government issued id inorder to let me withdraw my earnings, i did that, account verified , when i cashed out, , the account freezed, after few hours they contacted me and apologized for this inconvenience!! added 500 coins as compensation,
i opened my account and cashed out, and to my shock, the payment was delayed!!!
after all of this hustle they banned me and didnt pay a cent!!
this is not how respectable companies do business!!!

It takes awhile to earn anything, but I’ve been enjoying the games! It’s easy to redeem your earnings so that’s a plus. If you play a lot you probably earn quicker, but I don’t get to do that plus I don’t want to have play tons of games either.

Their problem is their customer service is absolute crap it's been over a month since I sent a message and they have yet to reply back of missing credits and this ain't the first time I've messed them and not ever even got a response back ever

I'm always having problems getting my rewards when completing the milestones. I haft to wait weeks at a time just to get a response.. this needs improvement bad.. and sometimes I never get my rewards and never get messaged back.

I have cashed out four times with scrambly. I like that i'm allowed to cash out directly to my bank account. Building your money on the site is very easy and quick. I\nOnly wish that they had more available games as I played so many they're so few that I can play.

Excellent customer service staff, but bear with them and bring a fire extinguisher Scrambly is on fire! One pay got me $105.00 in reward alone so far plus options for advanced and I now get my direct deposit 2 days early which helps these days. If you have to verify just be patient keep it to one email thread they're really slammed but it should only take about four or five days which is very similar to its competitors. I've been waiting for days for my promo code for accepting the promotion and completing the task for it and I have contacted the customer service multiple times trying to in the same email and I still have not received any kind of response at all from them besides the automated one it's ridiculous and unprofessional

I really enjoyed the app at first, but it's gotten to be a genuine headache dealing with them. They've continuously stopped tracking milestones in different games, locking me out of rewards and bonuses, and haven't responded to any tickets or emails in over a month. There's people that claim the customer service is great, but in the five months I've used Scrambly, I've yet to hear back on a single issue raised with them. It's very scammy, how they request access to your information for tracking, but then say they can't track your progress in a game. So far I'm out close to $100 if what's owed from different milestones and bonuses. Use at own risk

Happy with my first payout cashed out at £5 could of cashed out at £1 but waited only thing is usd £5 cash out gives 3.86 but still good if you do bank it gives you 10 coins bk win win

Out of all the apps I love this one because there's constantly promotions and benefits being offered, either two or three times now I've received a bonus reward just for being an active member and I have to say that's pretty awesome just to have the recognition of using the app. The games that are offered are great along with the apps, payouts or instant through PayPal, I've definitely found myself being more active on scrambly than any other app
