I have been with them for like 2years and have cashed out over 1000 bucks, only occasionally had an issue cashing out. but resolved in less than 24 hours.

If I could give zero stars I would, scrambly is no longer what they use to be. Now the offers hardly track and support no longer responds to your issues. You sadly have to go to extreme measures now to get emails back and that's not fair. Scrambly use to be one of my favorite apps at one point of time but it seems like year 2026 they've gone down hill. When you email them now with issues they send an automated message letting you know that it could take 2 weeks up to a month to hear back from them when they use to respond back within hours or 48 hours at the max. Imagine spending countless hours, or cash trying to complete an offer and not get what you are owed and to be told that it could take up to a month in an automated message to get a response is so wrong..I do not recommend scrambly.

Just like I thought, I posted this review and heard from them within 2 hours that’s a shame! I wish I was able to add photos to this review so I can screen shot the proof and everyone can see the dates on my inquiries and how they literally got back to me the minute I made this review. All the proof is in my email. They finally reached out after months of many unanswered emails to resolve nothing and I’m currently in the process of contacting the state attorney general. This app is nothing at all of what it use to be..it’s gone down hill so bad. Scrambly if you see this, I’ve already submitted a screen shot of my review to your useless agent Sophia. The minute I sent over this review to your support someone messaged me instantly..

So far this app has gone over board trying to make my experience not good but great. I cashed out a 1.00 just to see if it would let me and how fast it was it went right into my pay pal no problem. A big plus with this game is daily play it where you can play any game you have on your phone and you get points from it no other game offers me playing my favorite game that was downloaded long ago and goes me points. Normally it has to be a game you've never played . So would I suggest this game 100%I would.keep up the good work guys and ill keep playing

RUBBISH! DON'T USE

It’s ok. I can’t complain because it does let you cash out payments. Not a million dollars, but anything is better than nothing.

The withdrawal is super quick, easy, and doesn't charge a fee like most of these apps do! I withdrew my funds to my cashapp, and I received it about 6 hours later. I also love how you can withdrawal as little as $1.00

This app was very good but as of late when I cash out I don’t receive anything in my accounts anymore it’s always delayed

At first it's kinda hard to figure out . But when I got it figured out the games are addicting I've cashed out over 100 dollars.. and plan to double it up ..i love it.

I really enjoyed my time with Scrambly, they have many of great games that interest me. It’s very easy to cash out your winnings, they have several options to go with, PayPal, Banking and gift cards. You can also cash out your walking miles, no matter how far or little you walk. Even calculates when you’re walking around the house, anywhere you walk Scrambly catches it. I feel in love with Scrambly the first day I applied on the app. I miss Scrambly when I’m not playing my games every minute of the day. You can like I have become addicted to Scrambly it’s better than the other apps I played on.

This is my go to app for fun games to pass the time and the best part is I get rewarded for it quite decently. I reccomend playing here to anyone interested try it out 5 stars plus!

Decent app pays ok first deposit takes a couple of days, afterwards takes hours

This is my second review for Scrambly for another failed reward withdrawal. I have submitted a ticket to support but have yet to hear back from them. The sad part is I wanted to give Scrambly the benefit of the doubt, so I continued playing and when I earned enough to redeem a withdrawal, I did so. Guess what? Same thing happened, I did not receive my redemption email. The 1st incident happened about a week ago. I haven't heard back from support and the response from my 1st review DID NOT ADDRESS the missing redemption! I did another withdrawal just now, and guess what? I DID NOT receive my redemption email again. What is going on? Where are my cash withdrawals going?

Well I'm not sure because already they are taking. 25 cents to cash out and now that I have a game I can get milestones with they are taking it away.
So it has me frustrated some what

Not happy, I spent time and money and cashed out 64 bucks and now have to wait for a review for God knows how long

Tried to cash out to cash app. then wants me to make a card on cash app. just send it to the damn address. AI won't cancel it because it isn't redeemed. I don't want to redeem it. I want my points back

You can make withdrawals as small as 1.00 to your cashapp. You make money from offers, downloading games, and also walking. It's worth it

This company knows rewards don't track, but doesn't have a dedicated team for it. Customer support takes WEEKS! Apparently hired a bad game studio or is a bad studio themselves, and cranked out an ad apocalypse game that barely runs.

Games you've never played can get installed and they won't track, then disappear from the app. Heck it'll go from 43 games to twelve and back up to 22 in the span of less than 20 minutes it's ridiculous.

I'm getting your old payment from them is like pulling teeth
