Had a worst time with Scotpac specially a person called Ben. We had a finance with them however kept on charging us extra extra money. Will never recommend them to anyone. Other companies agent so are good polite and helpful however this agent is very rude and does not listen to you.

Friendly Staff

Best part is, Helen was assigned to be my collection officer. She’s firm but she’s kind, she’s understanding but just, and most of all, I really appreciate her patience and leniency and her friendly approach in reminding and collecting payments. Thanks Helen!

Absolutely torturous experience
Absolutely torturous experience ; the finance was approved, then revoked because the dealer i bought it off ' didn't have a dealership with bunting and a silly wind man flapping his arms about " ; this was despite the dealer being part of a well known dynasty operating out of the Parramatta Road for over 30 years. Finally got it set through another broker.
The dealer told me it had been approved. No contact from Scotpac , either with a payment schedule or a detailed breakdown of charges ; i paid the first payment to find that another payment to Scotpak had been taken out (?) also it would be nice to have been given a contact to be able to talk to if necessary . Just really secretive and not approachable.
