Terrible company
Terrible company. They simply lie about the parts including in the product and then refuse to correct their mistakes. There is no clear information about the products they sell and then they send the cheapest plastic piece they have. Not even sorry or sth. Never buy something from them.

I ordered the radiator on 29Dec
I ordered the radiator on 29Dec. Before ordering I checked with customer support about the delivery time. On website it shows 1-2 working days.
Yesterday also I checked with customer support. It was showing it will be delivered yesterday, but today is 8-Jan and it is still now not delivered yet.

Really good customer service
I placed an order, but after a couple of days I was informed that the item was not immediately available and I was asked if I preferred a refund. Since I needed the product urgently, I requested a reimbursement, which arrived within just one hour later.

very disappointing!
I purchased two wall radiators from Schwertz & Co NL via Praxis Marketplace. Unfortunately, they didn’t fit in my bathroom, so I returned both last month. I didn’t receive my refund until I had to chase them via email—very disappointing!
One of the radiators had been taken out of the box by my contractor, and the original packaging was missing. To ensure safe transportation, I carefully packed it in another sturdy cardboard box. The screw box was never opened, and I even placed it in the original plastic bag. The other radiator was returned in its original packaging.
Despite both items being in perfect condition, they only refunded me for the one in the original box. So now, they have a fully functional radiator, and I am left without my money. This is completely unfair!
I do not recommend their products or customer service at all. Think twice before purchasing from them!

Helaas kunnen we niet iedereen tevreden stellen, maar dankzij uw bijdrage weten toekomstige klanten nu in ieder geval dat ze beter geen verpakking moeten weggooien voordat ze zeker zijn van hun aankoop. Dus bij deze, dank daarvoor!
Wat betreft uw retourzending: we begrijpen dat dit voor u vervelend is. Gelukkig heeft u bij één product wél de volledige verpakking weten te behouden, waardoor we u daar netjes voor hebben kunnen terugbetalen. Jammer dat dat bij de radiator niet het geval was, maar dat is natuurlijk een detail.
Hoe dan ook, uw radiator die met onze retourlabel terugkwam en voor ons helaas onverkoopbaar is staat hier keurig voor u klaar om opgehaald te worden. En omdat we graag gastvrij zijn, zetten we met alle plezier een kop koffie voor u klaar bij uw bezoek.
