Arrived very quickly however the delivery was left out by the front window for anyone to take. Change delivery company. Also the amount of bubble wrap in that package was limited so had to order more.

Thanks for the 4* review. The couriers are authorised to deliver the parcel safe to your property or to a neighbour either side if you aren't home, but it certainly doesn't sound like this was a suitable place for the goods to be left.

Good service after I phoned them that my my goods havent been delivered as they had run out o the buble rap that i wantedso in place of my original wrap they sent the smaler sise wrap at double the sise 100meters instead of 50 next day
What can I say that is what you call good service thanks Gerardgboshell.

Packaging is great, can’t say the same for the courier
The package arrived the boxes are great however delivery was not. The email stated delivery by whistl, I arrived home from work on the Wednesday expecting either to have missed it or it be still out for delivery. There was no card so I checked the tracker with whistl it stated they had tried to deliver around lunch. On the Thursday once again delivery at lunch.. but a card was left by Yodel! Even though the tracking info I was using was whistl. I detest yodel, they deliver at lunch every time and I work.. there is no common sense of someone is out 9-5 to try later in the day. I ended up calling yodel and requesting a Saturday delivery as there was no other way to get my boxes.

Thank you for the 4* review - apologies that you had some issues with your delivery on this occasion.
Just to clarify, this order was shipped and sorted via Whistl but Yodel are the local carrier who complete the final delivery mile in the receiver's area which is why they will have left a calling card at your home if you weren't present when the driver attended. The order can be tracked online via both.
Sadly the delivery windows are 8am-8pm on this service and the time that the courier call is determined solely by your location within the pre-planned area route for the day. The courier depots do arrange the routes and it isn't something we can influence unfortunately. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Some of the boxes were a bit chewed at the edges but all useable. And the 12x18x12 are good for at least up to 25kg

The packaging itself was ok but the packaging it came in was all ripped and things falling out. Schott weren't at fault it was the courier. In spite of this the packaging I ordered thankfully wasn't too damaged and can be used.
