The service, under the slightest pretext, refuses to deliver the paid delivery at the time specified by them. The drivers of this service park wherever it is convenient for them, and demand that the client himself go to pick up the parcel. If the client does not agree, they simply swear at him and leave. After which they begin to endlessly postpone the delivery date until tomorrow. Or you yourself must go look for your parcel in their warehouse. If you want your customers to be sworn at and they do not know whether they will receive the ordered goods, and if so, when - boldly cooperate with this delivery service. I guarantee that no one will make a repeat purchase on your site.
We've been waiting for over 10 days for a delivery with no communication whatsoever. No tracking, no updates, no calls — just total silence.
Our attempts to reach out were met with vague or non-existent responses. This is an alarming lack of professionalism and shows complete disregard for the customer experience.
This company is utterly incompetent and should not be trusted with any delivery. If your time and peace of mind matter to you, stay away.
We are now seriously considering legal action.

Tracking status for my shipment hasn't changed since 5th December and no one from this useless company can provide me with an update. Their website shows "Your shipment is currently at dispatching center." and the status hasn't changed since nearly 2 weeks.
Contacted Schenker in Valencia, they told me I must speak with Alicante. I spoke wirth Alicante and they said that they see that the package is in Barcelona so we should speak to them. I spoke with Barcelona and they said they have never received the shipment.
I'm surprised their company isn't bankrupt already!
At least Amex will give me my money back.
Third bad experience in a row with DB Schenker France. In general, France is one of the worst countries for delivery services. Too late, damaged products or package or no delivery at all. Logistics and transport providers like DB Schenker think they are smart’ so subcontract delivery to low-level, low-quality, amateuristic, dumb-witted freelance local couriers to collect parcels from their dispatch centers who then make a total mess of delivering them (damaged, or not at all) to the customer. It is a shame that DB Schenker (and other companies) for some extra money stoop so low to allow this and have their reputation completely destroyed. it is a shame also for France that they seem to accept this kind of bad service and semi-criminal behaviour.
