I scheduled delivery but never got nor…
I scheduled delivery but never got nor was contacted regarding cancellation, then I rescheduled it to another day and the same happened to me. In the end I lost two days-off in vain.
The third attempt was successful but the delivery guy dropped the item by the building despite the fact it was delivery to the apartment. (The item 150 kg).

Bad service to customers..
Should have delivered Friday morning according to the SMS I received asking me when I would like delivery. ( Choice of three mornings ). Waited home all day, I could see it was still at the depot all day. .
Rang twice. ..
Monday morning it arrived at 9 a m. .. lucky I was home. Crappy service...
Two companies not working together. Schenker and DSV.
I am sure nothing will be done.

Should be delivered a week before! I paid extra for it. Instead they bring it near me, sent me 2 notifications to sign and choose when to bring it and where to put it, then decided to cancel and ship it back to the middle of the country! How green is that? How efficient is that? How stupid is that??

Unfortunate experience with delivery guy
Very unfortunate, but I was not satisfied with my delivery. I was waiting for a dinner table which was around 30 kg and the guy who delivered table just left me with it outside of the building. I'm 53 kg so you can imagine my struggle bringing it in, but luckily another driver from Postnord was nearby and he kindly helped to at least carry the table to an elevator.
