As always Scented Narcissi sent our flowers on time and well packed so that even a few hours in the rain on a doorstep meant they were still perfect when opened and gave much pleasure to their recipients. We love sending these flowers to special people as they are a sign of spring in what to most of us is the depths of winter.

I have become amazed by any company that answers the telephone promptly, and efficiently, and very cheerfully. i was especially annoying because my orders were ten minutes before their closing on Friday. And they remained cheerful, when i got in a muddle, and mucked them about. So far, full marks!

Easy to order and narcissi are always beautiful. Nice to know which flower growers on St Mary's supply the narcissi. Can imagine the Islands after having visited many, many times. Delivered on time as well. 😄

Disappointed flowers late and packaging damaged

Helpful, kind and courteous staff - queries, including my mistakes, dealt with promptly. Flowers always beautiful, putting smiles on faces that lasts as long as the flowers, delivered packaged so well (and all recyclable too!).

The recipient was delighted with the narcissi. Highly recommend this beautiful gift.

The only problem was that OPD didn’t deliver on the day they said that would so the flowers were in the van another 24 hours before I received them.
That said, they survived and have opened and lasted beautifully.
Always a joy to give and receive!
