Beautiful flowers delivered on time
Beautiful flowers delivered on time. However the packaging was crushed, and the presentation was not good, no lovely box or tissue and the card was wet. This was a big thank you gift so I didn’t get to hear about the issue until some time after delivery or I would have complained. A bit disappointed.

Our boxes are made from really tough, quality cardboard and their most important job is to keep your flowers safe and protected from knocks, during their long journey from the Isles of Scilly. However, if the box is actually crushed, causing damage to the flowers, we encourage you to let us know so that we can take it up with the courier.
I have looked at your delivery photograph and I must say, the two boxes look to be in perfect condition! If you have any photographs to show otherwise, please do send them to us.
I am very surprised to hear that there was no tissue around the flowers. One very capable member of staff, who has been in the role for 5 years, packs every single order, so it would be very strange indeed if she had forgotten to wrap your flowers in tissue before placing in the box.

The most delightful fragrent little flower ever.
In Jan/Feb when it's cold and miserable, this delightful box comes to your door, beautifully packed the fragrance hits you hard to believe this year especially with the big storm. These have survived horrific winds which makes them even more delightful.
Follow your instructions mine have lasted nearly 2weeks. You won't be disappointed and staff so helpful on phone. I will be sure to get my order in for next year.

Not the usual high standard
I have used this company for many years after my daughter used them for her wedding flowers.
The daffodils normally arrive in tight bud and then gradually open and emit the beautiful perfume.
However, the ones I sent for a gift to my sister arrived late due to a problem with transport and sadly they were not in the lovely condition I rely on when using this company.

Thank you so much for taking the time to review your order. I'm so sorry you were disappointed with the flowers. The delivery date you chose was the 6th of January, however we make it very clear that this chosen date is only approximate, due to our remote location. I can see that your order arrived on the 7th of January having left the islands on the 5th.
I also notice that you ordered Hugh Town, which you haven't had before. Every variety is completely different and Hugh Town flowers open much faster than the Paperwhites, which are what you have ordered previously. This doesn't, however affect the vase life. The Hugh Town also have a more subtle scent than the Paperwhites.

Delayed delivery
Unfortunately the courier (APC) overnight delivery did not deliver these flowers on the correct day (my daughter's birthday).. Disappointing. The whole point was to surprise my daughter.. instead I had to send her a message apologising that the flowers I had ordered for her birthday were not going to be delivered on the day.

Lovely flowers arrived in perfect condition, barely opened but have done over three days and a lovely scent. We were advised they would arrive a day late due tonsnow and they were none the worse for it and it was nice to have been informed- felt like a small , well run caring business. Will reorder again

Extremely disappointed with delivery
The flowers were due to be delivered 30 Dec. My friends were at home & have a dog. Delivery company said no one at home and ended up delivering the following day which I think is totally unacceptable with fresh flowers. They insist they called on 30th but friends say not, even dog would have barked if someone at door. Extremely disappointed
