Received the wrong design. Unfortunately I had a heath issue and didn't get a chance to open it until over 30 days after I received it. I tried to find my email but I deleted it thinking I had what I ordered. There were no directions in the package the online directions did not match anything that came with it. It was not even the design I ordered but since I couldn't find my email to prove it I'm out of luck. There is no account access to log into on the website. I can only track with the tracking number. No order numbers! The website say 24hr help but I can't get a straight answer from the bot. It just says to contact directly for questions...useless. No response from email i sent either. It was not easy to hang and there were not enough grommets to keep it from drooping. Only 3 on the top and 3 on the bottom. The middle top grommet ripped when we lowered the garage door. All of this effort would have even been worth it if we had gotten the design we wanted.

made my first order in Mid-september, and it didn't process. week later cancel and placed a second order. CC was processed instantly. Arrival supposed to be in 7-10 days. It is about day 18. "Tracking" shows it took 10 days to be ordered, and has been sitting in a warehouse awaiting shipping by some company called UNI out of Canada for another eight. "customer service" has said for two weeks it will be there soon. We apparently have very different notions of the definition of soon. It looked like a USA company when I ordered, but I'm now leaning heavily toward a Chinese sinkhole. Be forewarned you WON'T get it in time for the holiday. If I need one in the future I'll order it at least two months early, or pay more and pick one up locally. Use caution when ordering and don't expect it for AT LEAST three weeks.

Finally arrived. colors appear faded. advertised easy to install in 5 minutes with Velcro strips and elastic hooks. Came with some plastic disks, a few small Velcro strips, lots of ribbon, and no instructions. The on line instructions do not match what was delivered. useable but disappointing. Not vibrant, not the easy set up advertised. Not sure how it will hold up to using the garage door.
