Great product and site!

Very easy to find what I was looking for. I love the range of hair and soap products. I bought the Skala hair mask and my hair is soft agian. Thank you!

Damaged product and no reply

I made there one order and received damaged product. I have send email to them but no reply, nothing. I can only be happy that product was not so expensive but better be warned before one order anything with them.

BEWARE: ORDER NOT RECEIVED

BEWARE: ORDER NOT RECEIVED.
I placed an order for hair products, one of which was 1000ml—far too large to fit in a mailbox. According to PostNL, the package was marked as delivered to my mailbox, but I never received it.

I contacted the company immediately and received no reply until I posted a negative review. Only then did they respond, claiming they would ask PostNL to open an investigation. Days went by with no updates until I followed up again. Their explanation? The delivery driver, in a rush to scan packages quickly, marked it as delivered to my mailbox.

Regardless of the delivery driver's actions, I did not receive my package. I'm now seeking a refund and will continue sharing my experience until this is resolved. Customer service has been slow and unhelpful throughout this process. Proceed with caution! 🙃

I booked my order three weeks ago. I haven’t received my order yet, and I have written so many mails to keep Me Gorgeus. But I have not got any reply. They have cheated me. I have not received the refund/product..

Poor service, I'm not coming back

My order was forgotten. When contacted after a couple of days, they sent it to me, but incomplete.
After all I got my refund, but I will not be buying from them again.

I send my order two weeks ago

I send my order two weeks ago. I haven’t received my order yet, and I have written five mails to Me Gorgeus. The tell me, that DHL have delivered the package in a parcel shop - but they haven’t given me an address to the parcel shop or a shipment number.
I payed, but I have not recived the products!
