THEY FREQUENTLY COME UP WITH NEW PRODUCTS AND THEIR PRICES ARE VERY FAIR AND COMPETITIVE. TINA AND JUSTIN ARE VERY HELPFUL. ALONG WITH THEIR 'HOW TO' VIDEOS. ALSO, ITS NICE TO TELL CUSTOMERS WHAT THEY'VE BEEN UP TO, BOTH BUSINESS AND PERSONAL, AND I FOR ONE LOVE, AND AM IN FAVOUR OF THAT,A CARING AND INTEREST FACTOR, LONG MAY THEY CONTINUE. As always great products and great prices, further reduced if you become a member of the railway modellers club and free upgrade to first class quick postage so you get your order in a couple of days. Added to this you accrue points on each purchase to further reduce the cost of future orders plus access to railway modellers forum with free downloads tons of information and a forum to chat with other modellers, it's daft not to be a member.

The Kit for the River Valley Bridge was very easy to order from the received e-mail, prices was very reasonable and the delivery first class. I haven't yet made the bridge yet as it is for a future project.
