Scalacube is an amazing option to host your Minecraft server. It comes with pre-installed server packs for mods. This made it easy to buy and play Minecraft mods. Overall, I would recommend this because of how intuitive the structure is.

The server runs flawlessly and is super easy to control through the console.
Great interface and even though easy to run, can still do a lot more with it by installing plugins etc.

ScaleCube has been one of the best hosting services I’ve used for Minecraft. The setup was quick, the control panel is easy to navigate, and installing Forge or modpacks was way smoother than I expected. Server performance has been consistent with low lag, even when multiple players are on and running mods. Their pricing is solid for the amount of RAM and features you get. I also like that backups and file access are straightforward, so managing the server doesn’t feel like a chore. Overall, ScaleCube has delivered reliable performance and good value, definitely a 5-star host for Minecraft servers.

The only downside is the price but it’s fair

Absolutely no issues or lag.

I was a little hesitant because it seemed a bit too good to be true, but it was easy to set up even for a complete novice idiot like me. Support replied to my ticket in under 10 minutes and exactly addressed my questions. No crappy AI support that takes you in circles. Very solid connection so far, even on the free version. I haven't used other hosts, but I have no interest in trying them after this experience.

Not laggy good server

Great control features allow for all kinds of custom modifications making it a great experience.

I purchased a server and immediately ran into multiple critical issues.

I cannot log into the launcher - it keeps saying “incorrect password,” but when I try to create a new account, it tells me that my email already exists. So I’m completely locked out of the service.

Support is unusable.
I created three tickets, and now the system says I cannot create any more. On top of that, the support ticket page gets stuck in an infinite loading loop, so it’s impossible to reply or communicate with the support team at all.

Refund request ignored.
Since I cannot access or use the service I paid for, I requested a refund — but with support being inaccessible, I cannot get any response. According to EU consumer laws for digital services, customers are entitled to a refund if the service cannot be used as advertised, yet I am unable to reach anyone from the team.

At this point, the service is completely unusable for me, and the lack of functioning support makes the situation even worse. I am still waiting for my refund and proper support.

Super simple and effective MC server hosting!

Worst hosting service ever.
I needed to find a new hosting service for my Minecraft server, as my friends from Russia couldn't connect to my old one.
So I tried this service to find something that works, but first I couldn't even get to transfer my files to their service. So I immediately decided to move onto another service and wanted my money refunded as I wasn't able to use their service, due to technical issues. My original refund request was within an hour after I had paid for it, but they don't want to give me back my money as it's "not a good reason"
Now I have spent hours tried to have a conversation with them through their ticket system trying to get my money back, but every time I want to make a response I have to make a new ticket as their website doesn't allow me to send a response to the existing ticket.
Not to mention all their responses are generic responses so clearly no one is actually looking at my tickets.
