Disgusting scammers!
I have had hundreds of pounds stolen from me over several years from this company. Even though I blocked them they still took £20 per month, every month. I never signed up for notifications or messages. Their terms should be much more transparent than they are and getting in touch with them is almost impossible. When I did speak to an employee they were disgracefully rude and had no compassion at all that a woman with a young family had lost hundreds of pounds due to this company.

Continuesly withdrawals my money via PayPal from my bank account. Never heard of them I want my money back. Been going on for months 10aud a week. Scammers can't get at my bank so went thru my paypal

Yet another person who is being made to pay £5.99 a week. I have no idea how it signed up for this?? I have definitely been scammed. Shame on you guys😞

Looks like I am another person that was not aware that £5;99p would be taken every week from there bank account !! big thank you to PayPal for bringing this to my attention. I have ask my bank etc to stop any more payments to SB7 but to late for whats gone to them they must be making a fortune by mugging people off.

Sb7 mobile Ltd took my money away from my bank account without my knowledge/permission, I requested them to refund me the money, but they just cancelled my subscription which I have no idea what products/services they provide, but refused to refund my money. Does anyone know how to deal with this kind of dishonest company?

I was signed up to nuyoo, which is operated by SB7, without any consent whatsoever.

I needed to be proactive and cancel it.

Free Sample Website. Asked me to authorise a 0.00 payment. Luckily I read the small print as it stated that SB7 would then take automated payments.
THEY ARE A SCAM. PLEASE READ SMALL PRINT. On This occasion it was with a chance to win a £500.00 Amazon voucher.

Scammers. Took £5.99 from my daughters account. Luckily it was just one payment. I stopped this now. How are these people allowed to get away with this. Fuming.

These people have taken my money and when you try to call them, they put the phone down and you leave messages and dont get back to you.

If i dont get a refund, i will report this company to trading standards. I have taken this to paypal to dispute this. Ridiculous

This company had taken £5.99 from my husbands account without his knowledge. It’s day light robbery. They need to be reported for robbing people. Luckily I noticed and have cancelled the so called subscription which he never signed for.

Who the hell are these muppets I’ve had 5:99 go out my bank I’ve subscribed to NOTHING!! I’ve been in touch with PayPal and the bank to stop this and reported it as fraud scum bags

I’ve opened a claim with them, they have been taking money out of my account without me knowing it’s thievery. I’m giving them a chance to refund me through PayPal as I asked PayPal to file a dispute on these scammers. I will report them

Can anyone help me how to cancel subscription with them that I never signed up for ? The charge me every month for God knows what ,I wrote the email with question to cancel but no answer

Ive also been scammed by this so called trusted company. I have never heard of them and its feb 24, 2024 and have been charged 8.99 canadian a week since dec 21, 2023. Apparently I did this at 6am. Sure I did. I never got notification that this was happening until today. I opened my email and there it was at the top.. my bank only gives notifications @ $10.00 or more. No wonder I wasnt getting alerts.
Will now be checking account every couple of days

Important lesson. Never ever link your bank account to paypal.

It’s a scam be careful they sign you up to a service/alerts etc. charge you £21 per month for nothing. I’m now about £100 out of pocket. They have sent me a form to fill in for a refund. The form is out of date - zen desk will not work with criminals!!!

Don't know who are what is sb7 where and how did they get my details from I don't know they took money from my account twice £5.99 that was last week and again this week £5.99 and telling me on the 17th of February they will be taking a next £5.99 are PayPal in league with these criminal what is going on need all my money back ASAP PayPal 🤔

I contacted sb7 today as I had noticed a PayPal subscription charge was due.I tried to cancel through PayPal with no luck. Eventually I found a number and was only waiting 2mins when a pleasant person responded and cancelled with no problems. The phone number is 03300570984. Just need to let them know the PayPal address. Good luck
