Absolute Scammers!! They have charged me £147.00 till date and I didn't even subscribe to these people. Don't know how they even got my number. Check your phone bills time to time to ensure that you ain't getting scammed by such people.

I have no idea how these guys got my number and I have been paying for a service that I did not subscribe for. SCAM!!!

Scammers, disgusting people.
When I sought advice due to the funds they had taken from my account, I was told they have found 'loopholes' to legally scam the public.
Absolute creatures.

Scam. Never heard of them til say it on phone bill. No one knows how this account was started, we were out of the country for a while so never saw messages on the phone and when we asked for a refund, it was point blank refused.

If I could give a 0 stars then I damn right would. SCAM SCAM SCAM!! I have been charged £3 a week since November 2017 until September 2020! I never check my bills it was only until I spoke to EE on the phone to upgrade they confirmed that “Nuyoo” have been taking money through my phone bill!!! Me thinking I’d of just gone over my data and being charged that way was where they catch you out here!!! “Nuyoo” are making it extremely hard for me to get a refund and keep offering good will gesture amounts of not even half of what they owe me! Still trying to take it further and not having luck as of yet! But going to keep going, I’m not giving up!! I want my money back and I’m not stopping until I get it!!!

SCAMMERS, like the rest of the comments here, i didnt sign up to anything of the sort but theyve been taking £2 a month from me for 2 years (i never check my bill). Does anyone actually know how to opt out of this thing? I don't even know what it is! Whats the number or email to opt out?

Does anyone actually got all stolen ,by nuyoo , money back? I am sending emails to them for the last two months demanding my money but no luck. What steps should I take? I never ask for their services, I don’t even know what they offer, I was being charged for over 2 years and the Three mobile provider doesn’t want to help. They let them take money out of my account without my knowledge so I think they are the same to blame!

Thanks for Vodafone to help me to get some money upto 70% from nuyoo.

They are fraud. This company was taking payment every month through my Vodafone account from last 2-3 year. As business man I never noticed. I never signed up for their services. Vodafone is also not taking responsibility. Be careful from those scammers.

This is a gang of thieves. They keep scamming and sending unwanted messages and junk. Getting rid of them is not easy and they collude with SB 7 and the phone company to make a refund impossible.
No idea what if anything they sell

I have just discovered this criminal company are taking £12 - £15 a month from any of your Vodafone account without you subscribed!!! Without you never been in touch with them! As there as lots of otheres fraud company doing the same they just send you text and then thyvsay you had Subscribed to them. Vodafone allow this company to access to ur number as till u call and ask to bluck this option. That as an example of our details and information soled out.. Vodafone pay on your behalf without consulting or acknowledge you as customer.. just you find it on total payment, and you think it's extra net or uses call or pay call you make or so.. And tjis company dont refund money back in any way! They also say that you just had clicked on an advert to become a subscriber! !!!!!! I've even read that if you call them, and that is not Vodafone only that with all net work provider! Where's your customer information protection? Ivwould like u all be careful and checke if u pay over.

Ripp off scam should be taken to court and refund all money to victims. All their staff should yin prison

Nuyoo have stolen £265 from my O2 mobile account. Companies like this need prosecuting and closing down. BUT more importantly network providers need to take responsibility and protect their customers by putting systems in place whereby it is impossible for this to happen. Nuyoo as a gesture of goodwill have offered £180 but I am inclined to see them in court for the full amount. Anyone interested in joining me?

Nuyoo are simply liars and thieves hopefully karma will get them every single one of them hopefully it will start with piles good enough for them *******

SCAM although the person on the phone will try and make you believe that you were receiving health tips from a genuine company and refuse to believe you. Pathetic.
