£50 charge for returns
I ordered some chairs in a moss green which was the exact colour I needed for my space. When they arrived they were more of a cool-toned green, pretty different to what was portrayed online. I requested a return and they charged me £50 for it, which is pretty unheard of. I will never purchase anything from them again.
