Friendly staff… they sell the best quality in England

Really happy with my new sofa, the only downfall was the lack of communication arranging delivery I literally got a text message the day before from the delivery company. Other than the slight mishap regarding that it was a great company to deal with.

I love my new table and chairs, great value for money, very sturdy and clean looking
Delivery was as expected and the lads were great
There was a few scratches on the metal on one of the chairs but it was sorted out by the staff

Just purchased a table and 6 chairs from house of brands Manchester and the service from Russ was excellent. Would rate this 5* and thoroughly recommend. Thank you Russ.

You how amazed I am with everything from customer service , delivery , the dining set itself. Ameer has been brilliant from start to finish. I am from Birmingham so it would have taken me 2 hours to get to the showroom but he covered everything without me having to visit , from phone calls to messages detailing everything.amazing service , I can not thank them enough . Delivery was in 1 day including assembly which was great.I would defo be recommending to everyone , you won’t be disappointed.

Great shopping experience and will reorder again: smooth purchase process, friendly and quick response of inquires, with helpful assembly service, good design of all products.

Recommendations: more shopping items will be good as current HOB is most for living and dining room related products but less for bedroom.

Five stars all the way from choosing my furniture to being delivered. Customer service is amazing as nothing was too much trouble. They even managed to advise me on getting the furniture in some awkward doorways by seeing a video and I needed a chair altering which was carried out perfectly. The quality of the furniture is top notch and very reasonably priced. Delivery was smooth and the guys very polite and respectful. Thank you House of Brands for helping me choose my furniture I love them. I definitely recommend them for all your furniture needs . I have just placed a second order for my dining room as I had such a good experience with them after being let down elsewhere.

The delivery came the next day, and the driver was really helpful. It was a top notch customer service experience marked by professionalism.

Ordered from this company as the previous company failed to delivered. My sofa cost more from this company but definitely worth it!
This company had the sofa to me within 2 weeks of purchasing.
The company assembled the sofa but I noticed it wasn't sitting properly when they left. I took the sofa apart to find a bolt was missing. I was able to fix this and remedy the problem.

Really would recommend house of brands my sofa arrived beautifully made and how not orderd the chair to complete the set, thank you very much appreciated 😁

Everything ! Starting from the attention given before I ordered to when my sofa arrived. I wasn’t sure of which sofa to choose and the sales man didn’t get angry with me being indecisive; we did live call where he showed me sofas in their show room on live video calls even though I have been on their website. In short everything was excellent and my sofa arrived sitting pretty in my living room. No regrets whatsoever buying from house of brands. The communication was top notch and delivery very professional!

Furniture beautiful , well crafted , communication faultless.
Only one improvement -one delivery man for heavy marble table and 8 chairs . It’s 2 man job . Otherwise no complaints.
