Read before buying here

Last August I visited Saya Gallery in Seminyak (bad idea!). I saw a ring I liked. It was much overpriced (2,8 million IDR). After a few days I decided to buy it anyway because I liked it. After two days of normal wearing the ring’s stone(?) (I was told agate) got broken on its own. I returned the ring immediately asking for full refund (their policy is no refund, but in this case the product clearly fallacious. I left my contact and was not contacted back. Before leaving Bali I visited the shop again and I waited hours asking to talk to the principal who never showed up, then I have to leave Bali. I was contacted at a later stage, and they offered to repair the ring. I repeatedly asked for full refund because of the original failure. They refused and insisted to repair and send me the ring. Today I received a picture of the serviced ring, which is poorly repaired and very different from the original. I still ask full refund. Based on this experience, my recommendation is to avoid this shop to avoid scam, disappointment, and waste of money and time.
