They dont refund me, i ve been waiting 5 months to have my money because the carrier lost the package and im still waiting where the answer of comenovo is: continue waiting we are talking with dhl, while in spain when you have 14 past days after the return is ilegal to ne waiting more than that, I denonced the case and I dont recomend you to trust in comenovo if you want your money if you return a phone.

My Dad ordered me a phone for my Birthday. All went well in the begining. Time passed by and i was getting no information about the Phone. No Emails, no Information on the Mediamarkt site. Today i woke up, i checked my Orders on Mediamarkt and i saw the order got cancelled for no reason. My time got wasted for no reason, so i am not ordering there anymore.

Bought iPhone 12. Late arrival (more than 10 days later than promised). Battery was horrible…hardly lasted 3 hours, although I bought it as “excelente” (guarantee of at least 80% of battery capacite”. I returned the phone, and after 2 weeks chasing them…They now say the can’t replace. Gave me the money back. Horrible service. Horrible state of the device.

The ordering process was simple and easy with lots of phone options to choose from. I ordered an iPhone 8 as I wasn’t requiring the latest and greatest gadget. Delivery was within 24 hours - perfect for my needs! The phone looks brand new for a second hand phone and it seems to be working like new. Let’s hope it lasts the distance. I haven’t had to deal with customer support so cannot comment on that aspect of the service.
