BEWARE It is in the terms and policy apparently!! When you apply for a loan. So when you give your card details ..you do not know that they will take your money and it's after 14 days...no email no warning NO REFUND!!!

THIS COMPANY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY, today I checked my bank statement and they tried taking £29.95 out my account twice!! So £59.90 in total. If this happens to you call your bank and tell them to block these people!

They take money from your account even if you don't know that you have an account on them.

Never signed up with them, taken money out of my account for the past 2 months without my permission. Won't answer me to pay it back, taken it further now as fraud

Never heard of them. Upon checking my bank I see they took out 12p then £29.95
Tried to cancel said subscription but I don’t have one with them.
It’s a Sunday so I cannot call them nor my bank! So will have to try tomorrow. I’ve had to cancel bank cards etc because of this!

After seeing a pending transaction I called to find out who the hell they are and where did they get my details. No direct debit set up or email confirmation for £29.95, the guy said I have subscribed it when applying for something and it was on the 16th of August. When asked how come I was charged just now he said they couldn't take payments...which is a lie and they do it so late so people couldn't cancel via their 14 days cooling period. No money was refunded...how can they go scamming people like this??!!! I have not subscribed to any craps like that! BEWARE people!!!

No idea who they are or why its acceptable for them to take money without permission!

They take your money and nobody answers the calls or emails , held on the phone for 2 hours and no answer

I never sind up with that company there took 29.95 out of my bank try to cancel that did not work send e mail no reply wen I phoned to cancel and for my money back person was really nasty he cancel the account but say I will never get my money back is just a scam be careful there are so horrible

Stay away from this company I didn't sign up to them I don't even know what it does but they've took £29.99 out of my bank and when I've asked for my money back I just got attitude and refusing to give it back.

How is this company allowed to operate? Its complete forgery and theft. Why are the banks and financial ombudsman not doing anything,??? ,I am lost for words

Still waiting for my refund!! No communication received since they said they would give me my money back.... I have reported them to thelp fraud squad!!!! Avoid and I am doing my own investigation so a visit to them is required

Scam, Just noticed this on my online banking money taken without my knowledge I hadn’t received any email or confirmation to say I’d had opted in to any 14 day trial I went on there website to cancel and it said could not process when i called them to get a refund they refuse. I was told it has gone past 14 days cancellation period bear in mind they take 11p without your knowledge to start with if you don’t see this transaction you will not be able to cancel as by the time they take a noticeable amount it’s too late Disgusting. On the call today I spoke to a man called Mitchell refused to give his surname as said he doesn’t need to said do you want to cancel , was unable to tell me which company had authorised this or where I had clicked to opt in

This company take money out of your account without your knowledge they say you ticked a box at no point does it say 29.95 comes out of your account and when you try to get money back they fob you off . They clearly get details from a third party ..just be careful when applying for anything and what boxes you tick this companyshould be shut down
