I haven't signed up for this service and it won't let me cancel it during the first 24 hours. Luckily it only costs me 1.99 €. They scamed me by and "UPS Email", it is fraud. Attention!

I am not happy!!!!!!!!!! this company has managed to get my bank details and are stealing £29.95 every month ! Ive been trying to cancel this s@#t ever since I found out they where taking money out of my account and nothing happens I've emailed them I've rang them but nothing , i want to no where they got my details from and I want all my money back!!!!!!!! When I want to save money I keep it in cash in my house why the f@#k would I go to this s@#t I've never even heard of them ! This s@@#y low life company needs to get back to me other whys they will be getting sued

U taking money from my account without my permission

Just heard back from Action Fraud and they aren’t interested. Heard nothing from my bank either. Seems the only people who care are those being ripped off by this company. Managed to close my bank account so they can’t take anymore from me. Be careful out there.

DONT Subscribe please peeps coz even when u cancle or unsubscribed they keep taking the money monthly. In my case they've took money from my account 9 time in 3 months. So I called up to hear a automated American voice giving me a dodgy phone number.

I’ve had £100 pound took out of my bank now I owe the bank money for something I’ve never even signed up for, can you get a refund?

They took money out of my bank account and left me oweing the bank money who now has blocked my card until I pay what I owe firm this is never even signed up with them

Signing up to loans but I have not signed up to any loans for a very long time! I also had charges from sunnysavings and my bank blocked them last month as some other reviews they then get you with this company! Absolut scammers, something needs to be done to shut these companies down!

Horrified to find 29.95 come out of my account last week. Now I already called my bank about Sunny Savings (see my review on here) but as soon as the bank block went in to stop them taking my money this other company took it instead. So I have called my bank again to put a stop on them. Trouble is I have not been refunded. Now I am worried that another company linked to this cunning web of deceit will continue to take payments. I have reported to ACTION FRAUD also. Disgusting they need to go to prison.

Dirty thieving scammers! Took money out my account but I never ever signed up to them in first place, reported to fraud team at the bank and waiting to see if I can be refunded.

Scam taken 29.95 out twice I've never heard of them or signed up don't know how they got my details tried to contact them but it's useless so reporting it it's major fraud and as usual preying on people who are struggling

Absolutely disgusting people they have taken £29.95 from my banks account can’t even click on to cancel my subscription nothing but a bunch of scammers they will get no more money from me 😡😡😡

I would give them no stars if I could. Total scammers. Disgusting scum preying on people applying for loans. No idea who they are but it seems they are “hiding” in the T&Cs if you apply for a loan and put in your bank details. I called my bank and reported it as fraud as I didn’t recognise the company or the pending transaction in my bank account. Also called Savingstar and, surprise surprise, I was outside of the 14 day cancellation period. They wait until it’s too late (for you to cancel) before they take your money. What a hideous bunch of people.

Terrible company, please be aware they take your money even if you have cancelled ! Apparently you haven’t to call as well. I couldn’t call as it was a bank holiday.
You may not even know you’ve subscribed- they prey on the vulnerable and basically take money, please never enter your card details
