Before ordering I rang Savile Row to ask how warm the suit was. This was necessary because they do not indicate cloth weight or give another indication of warmth on their web site. It would be helpful if they did so. The person on the phone would only suggest which of the suits might be the warmest but when it arrived it was clearly summer weight and not what I needed. I rang again and they confirmed that warmer suits would not be available until the autumn. I sent the suit back. There was nothing else wrong with it and it was excellent value for the quality provided. It was easy to return the suit and the refund was paid promptly.
