Hi there. Joe helped me today. Was having trouble with the MS dowload link, and so Joe remoted-in to my machine and called an audible from scrimmage. Using PCloud, he downloaded the product I bought manually. Then he installed the activation key and I saw on the screen that the product is properly activated.
