Cheap, cheap, cheap. Disappointing quality. Some of the gold plating flaked off within days. The clasp has this weird little metal SAVA tag on it that completely unbalances the weight, and therefore the lay, of the necklace. After every hour, I have to re-adjust - as the clasp ends up sliding to the front of my neck instead on the back of neck as it should be.

I have already written a review on this company, cannot speak highly enough about them. I have just received a watch I purchased which is absolutely gorgeous. I have noticed some people complaining about the customer service. I can only say that CS has been outstanding as far as I’m concerned and if you love the look of the jewellery then go ahead and give them a go you won’t be sorry.
I am four bracelets and a watch in and already looking to buy my next beautiful piece for my son.

I am happy with my order. I ordered two bracelets, and both look nice and stylish. I have been wearing them for a few days now, and so far they feel good.

It is still too early to say how the quality will hold up over time, but my first impression is positive.

The only thing I noticed is that the bracelets look bigger in the pictures than they actually are in real life. They are quite small, which may be good for other customers to know before ordering.

Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase and hope the quality remains good over time.

No communication from the seller, the promotions did not actually apply (I.e. “same day shipping if you order in this time frame”), zero updates on the website or app of the order, customer service does not exist and will not help in anyway. Looking through the reviews this happens often. Do not order from SAVA.

Excellent work

Placed an order a few weeks ago and it was placed on hold without any notification. I had to figure this out myself after reaching out to customer service, who unfortunately were not very helpful.
After investigating on my own, I noticed the billing address was different from the shipping address. I’m located in the US, and this is usually not an issue, but I assumed that may have been the reason for the hold. I emailed them the correct billing address, and I was told the issue had been resolved, that my order would be prioritized, and shipped out immediately.

It has now been another week with absolutely no movement on the order.
I have emailed multiple times asking whether the package would arrive by a certain timeframe and was repeatedly assured that it would. As of today, the order still has not even shipped, and customer service responses take anywhere from 1–3 days each time.

Their website states that US orders should arrive within 3–10 business days, yet I am now on day 9 and the package has not even left their facility.

If you live in the US, I would strongly reconsider ordering from this company. The lack of communication, delays, and overall customer service experience have not been worth the hassle. On top of that, I have received no apology, refund, discount, or any form of compensation for the inconvenience.

Update: they gave me a 25% refund for delay and the only update I have from a tracking number is “shipping label created”. Ordered this May 8th it’s almost June.

There went something wrong with the buy1 1free. I send an e-mail, they respond very quik and solved the problem fast.

I need to be honest in this review, first impressions were not the best... The Box is really great quality, the fabric pouch is also great quality, but then, inside the fabric pouch the jewellery is packaged in a plastic pocket, similar to the ones you see from Shein. Unfortunately the way they are put in this plastic pocket means that sometimes small chains can get heavily tangled, and you just can't untangle it, trust me I tried for 60 straight minutes. But I took a photo and sent it to the customer support, they replied relatively quick offering to send out a new piece and a 25% refund. I mean wow! I didn't expect that, I was expecting to have to go through a super long process of sending it all back, waiting weeks on weeks for progress and honestly that's just not worth my time I'd rather take the loss. But I spoke with someone called Khreen and they solved it straight away. Well done Khreen and well done to the rest of the team at SAVA, you certainly turned the situation from a lost customer to a respecting customer.

Items are decent and at a reasonable price, however deliver times are an issue. Ordered on 1st may, delivered in the 12th May, tracking info didn't work either.

The items I purchased are very beautiful!!! I was a bit impatient for the arrival of the items, but just when I contacted SAVA I got a massage from de delivery company that they are delivering it in a few hours. So, very happy with the necklesses and bracelets.

Beautiful jewlery just as the photos. Quick delivery and very quick and friendly customer service. Bought several bracelets from SAVA and I´m super happy!
