Not sure why some of the other reviews have been quite negative.

I ordered 2 rings (came within about a week) however they were slightly too big, I then emailed about getting an exchange and got a few options (send back and exchange, keep and get a %value gift card etc.) I went with the send back and exchange option however royal mail decided to return my package back to me...
It was no issue with the team once I sent proof and they said not to worry about sending anything out again and instead gave me the full order value as a gift card!

Bought a few pieces from Sava and loved them , but there was a little mix up .. which was resolved swiftly and promptly. They even let me keep the mixed up items . The experience of the overall shopping was by far the best I've ever had of any website that I've ever dealt with. Great customer service They worked with me very well. They really made my day and the jewelry that they have is by far the best quality that I've seen as well as the message that they Stand for is one of the best that I've seen not being scared to express your faith is a quality I do not see often from companies but with SAVA I see that quality throughout their company.

Wow! These are beautiful! I got the compass and diamond gem and they don't irritate my skin at all, which is nice because I have sensitive skin. 🙃 and they are a good length and very sturdy. Love them! Thank you 😊

Order was left in a communal area, no attempt to deliver to home as I am a solicitor who works from home when not in court, they respond initially but when there is an issue they got silent, Will be reporting with official complaint to EU and UK
governing bodies

The delivery was fast. Less tahn two weeks shipping to MAdrid. Quality of package and products cant be any better, perfect. After some weeks wearing its rraly confortable, well-looking. IM reallly happy with the products

Great quality, fast delivery in five days.

The products are beautiful-looking. One stone from my bracelet is gone, only a few days after I started wearing it. I don’t know where it came off and maybe I wasn’t careful enough but still, I didn’t expect that to happen so soon. The order arrived way faster that I expected (less than a week - I live in the EU) so that was great. I think I would easily get something else from Sava, with the right sale.

I really liked the designs when I saw them online and when I received the items, they exceeded my expectations. Great quality for very fair prices, perfect modern designs. I had an issue - entirely my fault - where I ordered the wrong size. Customer service was extremely helpful and found a great solution. I love my new jewellery and will certainly order again in the future.

The responsiveness of the support team has been amazing. Every time I stick my arm out of the car window to pay at a fast food restaurant I get compliments! I need to keep some "SAVA Amsterdam" cards in my car to hand out as everyone wants to know where I purchased my bracelet.

The bracelets look really good and it feels like really nice on my wrist. Did take a while for it to finally get delivered but do love the look of it. It did say a mystery gift would be included with my order but never received it. Other than that no other problems.

The Chain has great quality and I had no problem with the shipping. Im happy with the overall experience!

I love it I walk around and want to show it off. I’ve had so many people ask about it and give me compliments on it. Truly I wish I found this sooner

The chains hold up great, they are good in the shower and they look great
