Customer service is zero to none. I called to ask for a refund but surprisingly after trying all the 3 phone number in UK, only 1 works. But the lady was so nasty told me she can't help me. She said I should contact the website that sold me the business class for upgrade. That is them Saudi. Cant believe this kind of service. After a month I called again. Wow! All the phone numbers now cease operating. I even tried to search online chat but to no available.

They stole my money and own no respectful customer service abroad or inland. I booked a ticket and had to change it, so I did that online and received a confirmation email. On the new flight date, I was surprised that the ticket was not valid and they had never changed its date. I had to pay a tremendous amount of money to book a ticket on the same flight and my old ticket was considered as "not-shown". When I requested a refund and after a very time-intensive and complicated procedure, I could receive only a partial refund for the first trip (around 50% of the ticket). So basically, they stole my money twice, not to mention the pressure they put me in as I knew that my (should have been changed with confirmation) ticket was not valid. Worst experience ever. STAY AWAY FROM!

Perfect experience with Saudia airlines. No delays, seemless transfer both ways through Jeddah airport. Great flight attendents, really looked after me and my partner. Great food, and entertainment.
Did not need to use their customer service so no comment.
All in all a amazing experience and would love to use Saudia again in the future.

Worst airline ever
Worst airline ever and haven't even flow with them. Booked the wrong date by mistake you would think that would be an easy fix right? Nope, they make the process so hard. You cannot change the ticket online (like every other airline) you have to ring the call centre. Ring the call centre to try and change it and the payment will not go through with my foreign card despite having used the same card to pay for the flight online. They cannot send you a link to make the payment online. My bank then says that no rejected transaction have been attempted.
Called the branch in my country hoping I could pay them and they would help but they couldn't help me either.
All I want to do is change my flights and nobody can help me :(

Decent flight, good entertainment and good food. Lost my luggage after connecting in Jeddah. I did eventually get it back thanks to the staff at SG Airport but with zero communication from Saudi Airlines themselves. Absolute nightmare to get ahold of an actual human customer service agent. I would never fly again with them just for that reason alone. Lesson learned; don't use the cheapest option at the time.

However, I was met with indifference and apathy from the employees.
The lack of urgency and concern displayed by Saudia Airlines' staff was shocking. They seemed disinterested in assisting me and offered no guidance or reassurance regarding the recovery of my luggage. Instead of promptly initiating a search and providing updates, they simply handed me a generic contact number to reach out to for further assistance.
The ordeal continued when I tried to contact Saudia Airlines' customer service through the provided phone number. To my utter dismay, I encountered long waiting times, unhelpful automated responses, and unresponsive representatives. It felt as if they were intentionally avoiding my calls, as if my situation wasn't significant enough to warrant attention. It became increasingly clear that resolving my issue was not a priority for the airline.
Days turned into weeks, and my luggage remained lost without any concrete information or progress from Saudia Airlines. It is truly unacceptable for an airline to demonstrate such negligence and disregard for its passengers. The lack of communication and assistance throughout the entire ordeal was beyond frustrating and left me feeling helpless.
Saudia Airlines' failure to address the issue promptly, provide updates, or even offer a sincere apology for the inconvenience caused is simply unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expected better treatment and a basic level of customer service. Unfortunately, my experience with this airline has left a lasting negative impression, and I would strongly advise against choosing Saudia Airlines for any future travel.
In conclusion, my experience with Saudia Airlines was marred by their utter failure to handle a basic situation like lost luggage. Their lack of responsiveness, apathetic attitude, and poor customer service have left me deeply dissatisfied. My mother DIED all of a sudden, and I'm just getting played by the customer service; they are lying to me blatantly and telling me to contact the travel agents, and the travel agents have told me multiple times that its SAUDI AIRLINES (THIEVES) that refuses to return the money.
PLEASE RETURN MY DEAD MOTHER'S MONEY!! Stop just thinking about profits you heartless people!! She would have wanted that money to go to charity, you are stealing from poor people!!
Great on board - poor ground experience
Everything that is on ground doesn’t work: customer service - 0, getting miles for the flights - only with retro claim, lounges in KSA.
But I like their products. Crew on board are great, good seats, flying goes well.
Stopover visa caution - and £100 refund fees
Be careful when trying to take advantage of the stopover visa. I booked and later discovered through hours of research, not helped by Saudia’s confusing and useless site, that I wasn’t eligible - and I’d have to wait for 3 days in Jeddah airport (that’s even if I was allowed to board).
When I changed my flights to remove the stopover, I gained £123 as a credit note - but was told by customer service there’s a charge of £96 to refund or £36 to even use that credit with Saudia. And that’s with a flexible ticket. I’d avoid Saudia in future.
Missing miles with saudia
I had about 80000 miles that I was saving up for a family trip. Travelling for 10+ years, I never had any problem with alfursan but then by the end of 2021, I called in to check how many miles can be used for my trip in December 2021, they told me their system is being upgraded and I should call later. I did 3 days later and same answer. I had to travel ao I asked if any miles will expire by end of year and I was told all miles can be used even next year because system upgradation. Anyway, I had plan of trave in June too so I bought tickets and expected to get even more miles with that. I did get miles for that but by June I had only 42000 miles. I am as expecting 89000 so called them again and they say my miles had expires in December. Told them about my call and email on 3 December and their response to not worry but again they are big liers. Total fruadsters :/
Customer service is simply useless
WORST customer service EVER, EVER....
This is the WORST, the WORST ever customer service in the entire world. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of any, ANY representative on phone/internet/anywhere. Their 24 hour call center is a LIE. Wasted £1800 for my parents flights. Airline changes rules anytime without ANY prior notice.
AVOID this air line at ALL cost...

Saudia airlines are hardcore frauds. I booked to and from from U.S to Amman, Jordan. Last moment they cancelled the flight and later send an email that my new return flight is 2 days from my planned trip later they cancelled that and my new return flight is 4 days from my return date. I am not from Jordan, who is going to pay me for staying in Jordan for 4 more days and who my going to pay my leave. Flights are available on all the days. but I requested for my initial return date or the next day, they wanted me to pay additional money. People should sue their ass
1 broken bag September 2022 - till now August 2023 no refund
1 bag arrived from flights between Vienna and Manila in Manila September 2022 with broken out wheel, missing. It disappeared on these flights. After filling out the baggage claim form I received AFTER 2 month later the information, that I will receive 269 Euro refund. Than I messaged to Saudia in Manila and Jeddah more than 22 E-Mails, Saudia always asking me to wait for a while. Now we have MAY 2023 - and still NO refund, what was already confirmed by Saudia. What a bad service... Never again with that airline
Disgusting and appalling airline denied…
Disgusting and appalling airline denied boarding at Heathrow despite having a Covid Travel Pass they insisted on a PCR test which was not required, check-in staff were poorly trained and they have not updated their knowledge. Customer service is non-existent, they do not reply to emails complaints or any complaints and the call centre will not take any complaints handling, please avoid this crap airline that does not care. Complete stress and annoyance will now proceed to the small claims court.
