Very bad quality of products
I couldn't return them so I asked to cancel one of my order
Which they did but never returned the money
They kept on saying we did it
So asked them to share the details but never received it

No good fabric, very different from the actual photos. Size is small. No response from the support team. Wasted

I had a disappointing experience with saree.com. I purchased a dress expecting a straightforward refund policy if it didn’t work out, but they are forcing me to accept a credit note instead, with no prior mention of this in their terms. Despite my willingness to return the dress at my own expense, they still refused to refund my money. This lack of transparency and unwillingness to accommodate reasonable requests has made me lose trust in their service. I would advise others to be cautious and clarify all refund terms before purchasing.

Prakash Akhiya has answered all my questions and delivered in the shortest possible time. The product is as expected.

I ordered a “Pink and Orange Swarovski and Sequins Worked Anarkali Suit” from saree.com, and what I received was nowhere near what was advertised. The fabric, embroidery, and overall quality were not even close to the images shown on their site. This wasn’t just a slight difference; it was a completely different product!

When I requested a refund, saree.com initially agreed to it via email but later insisted on providing only a credit note, which I refused because I had no trust left in their service. After following up multiple times and even threatening legal action, they finally claimed they would initiate the refund. Guess what? They kept stalling, saying “it’ll take more time” and promising a refund in “7-10 working days.” It’s been over three weeks, and I’m still waiting.

Their customer service is a joke—unresponsive, inconsistent, and outright disrespectful. They even tried blaming the product’s “fit” on my body shape, which is absurd. Saree.com, if you’re reading this, how does a stretchable “pan shape” magically correct itself? 🙄

I will take this issue to the consumer forum and have my lawyer involved. To anyone considering shopping here—save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. Saree.com is a classic example of false advertising and poor customer service. Don’t fall for their cheap tactics!

Asopalav customer service was amazing specifically Ciji would works there!!!! We had to shop virtually and she showed me endless options and helped customize my dress to exactly how I wanted it . The dress quality was also amazing!!!
