I had such a wonderful experience working with Raj throughout my entire bridal lehenga process. As I wasn’t able to travel in person to view the AsoPalav bridal collection, everything was done via video call — and Raj made the entire experience feel seamless and so personal.

He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the process in detail, which made me feel very comfortable and confident in my decisions. I’m quite particular when it comes to details, and Raj was so patient and understanding with all the changes and customisations I wanted. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for him.

His guidance, honesty, and dedication truly made such a difference, and I’m so grateful for all his help in creating my dream bridal lehenga. I would highly recommend Raj to any bride-to-be looking for a stress-free and enjoyable experience. I’d also highly recommend doing a video call with AsoPalav if you’re unable to travel personally — it’s such a convenient and worthwhile option!

Good service 15 years experience

This was my second time buying from Saree.com. I originally bought a lehenga from them some 7 years ago and it was honestly, and still is, one of the most beautiful pieces of clothing I owned. When I was invited to celebrate in a coworker’s wedding, I instantly knew who I need to reach out to regarding sarees and lehengas. Once I found the pieces that I loved, I was able to contact the store and set up consultation for measurements for custom fit garments. The whole team was extremely helpful and made themselves available at all hours of the day and evening to answer questions and ensure that I had the best experience. The timeline for making the garments and the wedding was a bit tight but they were able to deliver both my saree and lehenga just in time for the wedding festivities. I received so many comments and compliments about both my saree and lehenga and so many people asked me where I bought them. These are honestly pieces that I will keep in my closet and happily pass down as heirlooms because they are simply that gorgeous. Overall craftsmanship and attention to detail in the design is unbelievable. I have a deep love for textile arts and it truly feels like you are wearing a piece of artwork when you put on your be of their creations.

I received a already used saree with a cut and tear, the customer agent told me to return the saree and he will return full credits to buy another item. I agreed and returned that saree but then the agent refused to give me refund and blamed me that I wore the saree. Now they have my money and saree as well and refusing to give my refund.

Since they have made changes of their online website, they have underpromised exchanges, returns and money into the account. I used to be a regular customer for 4 years until they made changes for NRI customers. I definitely recommend this store if you live in India. For a non-resident Indian like me, I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!
