Very disappointed with the customer service team.
They were consistently responsive at first, but once I made a direct request for help/compensation following a delivery issue, communication stopped completely. When I contacted them again weeks later (after having largely resolved the situation myself), the response focused on the fact that they are a small business and that courier issues have an impact on them.
I was disappointed with the Sara Miller team’s lack of responsibility, as I was effectively left to “deal with it myself.” As a small business, I would have expected customer relations to be treated as a higher priority, and at the very least for consumer law to be properly acknowledged and followed.

Vicky was very efficient and very friendly. My purse arrived very quickly and is good quality. It’s a beautiful item. I would thoroughly recommend Sara Miller.

Wonderful products and customer service.
I love the design and quality of Sara Miller. From their bedding to their handbags all the products are exceptional. And when the zip on my large tote bag broke I sent it back and they replaced it very quickly. I couldn’t be happier with this company. Absolutely excellent.

I was trying to track some Christmas cards which were out of stock. The girls in Customer Service, Vicky and Chloe, could not have been more helpful. They managed to track some and arranged for me to be able to purchase them on line.

Was given a (beautiful) Navy Hummingbird Mug (from John Lewis) for Christmas by my kids. 6 months later there was a problem with the handle and after emailing customer service, I am being sent a new one. So pleased with the service. So quick to get back to me. Vicky was ace. Highly recommend!

I received a beautiful teapot and mug set for Christmas. I contacted the customer service team due to some damage to the teapot. The team couldn’t have been more helpful and they arranged for a new teapot to be delivered. The products are stunning and would recommend the company highly.

Some lovely Christmas mug for Christmas for pieces. Unfortunate one of them with damage that the company was so kind and make sure we got a new one so my university daughter got happy again. We cannot thank you enough to the company we are very lucky and they make beautiful stuff. We have already got their back and I’m sure we get a lot more.

Good quality, Excellent Customer Service
I have ordered multiple times from Sara Miller London. I remember being impressed with the quality of the bag I bought for myself, so I bought 2 more for my sister and for a friend. Then I tried their bedding products, which were very good quality too. I love the way they combine colours!
The reason for this review is that there were some issues with the delivery of my order and I've messaged their customer support. To my surprise they replied within the hour of contacting them and they were very fast in resolving the issue and getting the order to me.
I will for sure purchase form Sara Miller again!
