One of the worst travel experiences of my life
Nobody knows how to scan the card in every museum and even at the cable car station. After two or three museums I started to teach the staff how to connect their devices to WiFi and how to use the application. In two museums they just let me pass without scanning the card. One of the worst travel experiences of my life.

We are very sorry that you had difficulty with the staff.
Screening of the card is not mandatory. It depends on the policy on the attraction side.
As the Tourism Association of Sarajevo Canton, our job is to ensure you an easy and cheap way to buy one unique digital card for all city attractions. As we can see from your review you didn't have problems with that.
We will continue to work on a full customer experience with other institutions, and attractions and try to better educate the staff to avoid such bad experiences in the future.
