It is difficult and very expensive to get a refund
It is very expensive to get a refund. I paid £44.95 for a dress. When I asked for a refund, I was told that it is the customer responsibility to pay for the cost of the return...and it has to return to China and would cost £40.00 !!!!!
I was offered and received £4.49 compensation and told to keep my dress or give it to charity.

If there was a zero star they would have got that. I received a really shoddy blue velvet 'jacket' today, which was more like a lycra jumper. I asked to return it, but they told me it would cost £40 to return it to China. They are not based in London! I went onto Chatgpt to help me draft a reply. Do not accept their shitty 10% refund. Take it all the way, or better still, don't order from them in the first place. Appalling!

How I wished I had read these reviews before buying. This company is a scam. I am usually very careful so I’m cross with myself that I fell for it but will chalk it up to experience. I ordered a velvet embroidered jacket and what eventually arrived from china via Yun Post and not Royal Mail was a piece of velour material rolled up in a ball. It did have sleeves but I could not put it on. I did contact the company but told £40 to return to china and if the item got ‘lost’ during the return it’s at my risk. I’m not giving them any more of my money as clearly a scam. I hope this review stops someone else from losing their money.

After 2 weeks waiting and no update from the company I had a polite email conversation with them, where they assured me it had been despatched. Still nothing. This went on for another week until I came home to find (luckily!) a package on my doorstep. The item sent bore no resemblance to the jumper I ordered as I received an enormous nylon sweatshirt!
What a scam!
I’m not bothering to return it for a refund as I don’t need the excess costs and hassle this will cause me.
I’ve learnt a lesson; never to buy online without checking the company out beforehand.

A cheap imitation of the garment advertised.
The Jacket I received was a poor cheap imitation of the one shown in the advert. It was NOT velvet, it was cheap velour fabric, only suitable for making dresses and tops. The fabric had no lining or interlining so it was droopy rather than crisp it had no shaping like the original and the "Embroidery " down the front edges and on the cuffs was not real embroidery, only printed. It was supposed to be reduced in the sale , but it was not worth the £49.99 that I paid for it.

I ordered a coat from their website which looked really nice on the model. When I received it it was of poor quality and not the same as depicted. I asked for a refund which they guarantee 30 days return and was told I would only get 10% back as it cane from abroad and that £40 was shipping costs. This is disgusting and they deserve to go into liquidation.

The website says it is London based and gives a sob story about it being owned by a mother and son and they are desperate to keep the business going. The photos on the website are enticing and I fell for it and sent for a couple of items. The emails are all warm and personal sounding and you feel you are dealing with a good private company. Don't be fooled - everything comes from China, and like most of these scam companies they don't want to be bothered with returns, offering 10%, 20% and finally 30% "discounts", telling you to keep the clothes, which are shoddy and badly made from awful materials.
I have fought for a refund as a matter of principle and am awaiting feedback. They make their money from busy people who can't be bothered with the process and expense of returning parcels to China. It's a rip off and I would avoid at all costs. I have contacted Watchdog about these companies and hope to get something done about the way they conduct business.
