A big cheat, the best I can say about this agency. I drove several hours from my home in England to South Wales trusting the good reviews about this estate agency and the pictures they publish online regarding the property that I was interested in. I was truly shocked to see the reality of the home advertised was enhanced a lot by some apps perhaps photoshop or something like that. The pictures were great while in reality, the home was a disaster and the elcitricity was not working, the agent claimed a fuses blew. Even without the lights working it was obvious that the state of the property was a no match whatsoever of the advertised one. On top of that all, the agent did not have the curtiosy to say 'Sorry'. She just looked at me as if I was a bother to her. Certainly not recommended.

I have worked with Cheryl Davies on purchasing and selling both my properties, and on both occasions been amazing. Always kept updated and good communication from start to finish. I would highly recommend Cheryl you wont be disappointed. Thankyou so much Chery for everything. 😊

Terrible agency to rent from ! I’ve heard different with people who have mortgages but interms of renting don’t go anywhere near them !!! It took over a year to replace a single glazed glass window which was causing mould in property and replace a wooden door with plastic glass which would swell due to rain because the wood hasn’t been treated for outside use obviously causing mould down stairs aswell was the single paved window upstairs

Unsafe decking out the back agency avoided doing anything about ,privacy issues where people could walk in and out of your garden completely freely agency didn’t do anything about ,smashed windows in shed agency didn’t do anything about

When moved into property agreed work on house (replaced all carpets ,plastered living room ,painted the whole house ,new flooring down stairs ,supplied house with blinds costing over £500 in ever room ,had to completely furnish the property even tho it was a rental house from a private landlord ! )

After then leaving the property the agency wanted to claim my full deposit for grass that had grown and 3 bins being left out the back (there was also a break in entry and burglary in the property whilst I was living there agency didn’t do anything about)

Nothing ever got done about the mould

Broken boiler which lead to property costing £380 a month in just gas though winter shandy tried to charge tenant for cost of repair

Please be aware when renting of these cowboys!

Cheryl was a star the sale proved much stress and hassle but cheryl coped with every problem
S A properties are excellant to deal with and cheryl is credit to the company

Harry has been absolutely brilliant with one of our issues. He is friendly, polite, professional and a real credit to SA Property and i honestly couldn't be happier.
He has definitely gone above and beyond and shown some excellent customer service skills the whole time.
With his determination and continued checking in/updates the issue was resolved instantly.

Would recommend this agency to anyone. The staff are helpful and friendly. They do what they can to endure you secure a property. Easy to get hold of. They left a lovely card and welcome gift in our new home. We personally dealt with Cheryl and she was lovely.

Very poor in terms of service quality and communication. Constantly chasing the agent to get confirmation of tenancy and to resolve issues. Never any answer when phoning and numerous chaser emails required to get any response. Whilst the staff seem very polite, the standards are poor and it seems very Much like a ‘budget’ type agency. Could do with a number of improvements!

Sold the house fast, with good communication.

A great service offered by Ben and the team. The process of matching buyers to the right property saves everyone a lot of time by not having to deal with chancers and dreamers.
Communication was fantastic throughout, we always felt that they cared that the property went to the right people

SA Property sold our property within one day!
We loved their proactive work ethos, promoting the sale of our property through various forums. Ben and Cheryl communicated well throughout the process which made the selling of our house much less stressful.
They were also able to provide additional services such as a mortgage advisor.
